This meditation was for my Beltane Women's Circle. Held at the beginning of May, at the height of spring's fire energy. Many of us were taught, early and often, that our anger was too much. Too loud. Too uncomfortable. And so we learned to swallow it, smooth it over, and make ourselves easier to be around. But anger is not the enemy. Anger is information. It arrives when something we value has been crossed, when we have been unseen or unheard, when we have made ourselves smaller one too many times. It is pointing at something that matters, and it deserves to be listened to, not managed away. You will not be asked to perform anger or relive anything painful. Only to listen. Gently. Honestly. With compassion for the part of you that has been waiting to be heard.
