Sit comfortably in a quiet space,

Close your eyes and take a deep breath to centre yourself.

Imagine yourself standing at the edge of a lush forest.

Surrounded by towering trees and a gentle breeze rustling through the leaves.

As you begin your walk into the forest,

Feel the solid ground beneath your feet and the warmth of the sunlight filtering through the canopy above.

Take slow,

Deliberate steps,

Allowing yourself to fully immerse in each moment.

With each step,

Bring your awareness to your surroundings.

Notice the vibrant colours of the flowers blooming at your feet and the intricate patterns of the leaves above.

Listen to the symphony of bird songs and rustling leaves,

Letting each sound wash over you like a gentle wave.

As you continue your walk,

Allow any thoughts or worries to drift away with each exhale.

Leaving you feeling lighter and more present in the moment.

Take the time to touch the rough bark of a tree or the soft petals of a flower,

Connecting with the natural world around you.

With each breath,

Feel yourself becoming more grounded and connected to the earth beneath you.

As you reach the end of your walk,

Take a moment to pause and express gratitude for this opportunity to connect with nature.

When you are ready,
