Welcome everyone.
I am Natalie and in this meditation I will take you on a healing journey.
The power to heal ourselves lies within all of us.
We only have to be open to that life's energy which is called brana in the yogic tradition flow through us freely.
And we have to give the energy some direction by shifting our awareness.
Where consciousness goes,
Brana flows and healing can happen.
This practice will activate your self-healing powers and it is a wonderful practice to add to your self-care routine.
So find a comfortable seat with both sitting bones grounded and a long and upright spine.
You can either come to a cross-legged seat or sitting on your heels.
Make sure that your pelvis is slightly tilted forward so that your spine can stay upright throughout your practice.
If you prefer to lie down you can do that as well.
And feel all the body parts that are connected to the ground underneath you.
Feel the weight of your body resting against the earth.
Feel your body melting into the earth.
And feel how Mother Earth is gently holding you,
Supporting your posture.
And then allow your shoulders to relax.
Allow your chest to open.
Relax your neck.
Relax your head.
Relax your whole face.
And then relax your head.
And then relax your neck.
Relax the space in between your eyebrow.
Relax your jaw.
And relax the tongue in your mouth.
And together let's take three deep cleansing breaths.
Deep and full inhalation through the nose.
Exhale out of your mouth,
Letting everything go.
Two more.
Full nourishing inhalation.
Exhale out of your mouth.
The last one.
Inhale deeply through the nose.
Exhale out of the mouth.
Allow your body to relax completely.
Let's start our practice by setting an intention.
Feel free to use your own intention if you've been working with one already or if something pops up for you.
Otherwise,
Use the healing intention I am abundant health.
Then bring your awareness to your heart center and think of a very positive memory.
Something that makes you feel light,
Positive and loved.
Then allow that feeling to spread all over your body.
Let's take a deep breath in and out.
Let's take a deep breath in and out.
Let's take a deep breath in and out.
Let's allow the breath to spread all over your body.
Then silently repeat your intention three times.
Then bring your awareness to the space above your head.
Imagine a golden white ball floating above your head.
Imagine a golden white ball floating above your head.
The light of the ball is shining in all directions.
With every breath that you're taking,
It seems as if the ball is growing,
Expanding.
Let's take a deep breath in and out.
Let's take a deep breath in and out.
Then imagine a beam shining down on your head.
Imagine a beam from the golden ball.
Then imagine light shining down from the golden ball into the crown of your head.
Then imagine rays of light shining from the golden ball to the crown of your head,
Entering your body.
You can sense the positive healing effect of the light on your body.
Allow it to spread.
Feel the healing light spreading in your head,
Filling up your brain with positivity,
With healing light,
And with the light of the light.
Let's take a deep breath in and out.

Imagine the light of the light shining from the golden ball.
Imagine the light of the thing that doesn't serve you anymore.
Imagine the light spreading all over your head,
Filling Imagine the light spreading all over your head,
Filling up your brain,
Your eyes,
Your whole face,
Your nose,
Your mouth,
Your ears,
Your throat,
Wandering down,
Your neck,
Your throat,
Radiating,
Shining,
Filling up your shoulders,
Removing any tension.
Feel the golden and white light shining down your arms,
Into your hands,
All ten fingers,
Healing and nourishing every single cell of you.
Feel the healing light spread all over your chest,
Your ribcage,
Your lungs,
Your heart.
Imagine your chest being filled with golden healing light,
Nourishing,
Healing you,
Cleansing your whole body.
Allow it to stream down to your diaphragm,
Allow it to fill up your whole belly,
Cleansing your stomach,
Liver,
Spleen,
All of your intestine,
Your kidney,
Your kidneys,
Your bladder,
And your sexual organs.
Imagine your whole belly being filled with golden white healing light.
And allow it to spread all over your back.
Feel your whole spine radiating in golden white healing light.
Allow it to stream down your sacrum to your hip bone.
Allow it to fill up your whole pelvis,
Pelvic floor.
Let it stream down both legs and into both feet and all ten toes.
Feel your whole body being filled with the healing golden white light,
Nourishing,
Healing every single cell of you,
Cleansing,
Washing away everything that doesn't serve you anymore.
With your inhalation,
Bring your awareness to the ball of light above you.
Exhale,
Let the light stream down,
Filling up your whole body.
Inhale,
Feel,
Imagine the light ball above you radiating bright healing light.
Exhale,
Let the light shine down,
Washing away anything that is not supposed to be there.
Continue with your inhalation to connect to the bright healing source of light above you.
The exhalation to allow that light to spread all over your body.
And you can feel that the source of light is infinite.
You can feel that your whole body is filled up with the healing,
Nourishing light that it wants to overflow.
So think of people that you want to send some positive healing vibes now and allow the light to radiate from your chest to those people,
Sending out,
Sharing the healing,
Nourishing light.
Inhale connect to the ball of light.
Exhale,
Allow it to shine out of your chest and think of the person you want to share it with.
Exhale connecting with the source.
Exhale sharing the healing light.
Exhale sharing the healing light.
And then check in with yourself.
Is there a spot in your body that still feels like it needs a little bit more attention?
And simply bring your awareness there,
Bring the light to that spot and allow healing to happen.
It works with emotions as well.
Is there an emotion that is really present right now?
Simply send the healing light to that emotion.
Feel it.
Allow it to be there.
Let the light show it brightly and allow the healing to happen.
Then gently bring your awareness back into your physical body,
Feeling the weight and the shape of your physical body resting against the ground.
Bring some movement in your finger and in your time bring your palms together to touch in front of your heart and bow your head in gratitude.
Gratitude for the breath that unites us,
For the brana that flows through us,
Heals us.
And think of something that you're especially grateful for in this very moment.
Then remember your intention and repeat it three times silently.
And together let's bring our hands to our forehead to touch as a reminder to consciously choose loving thoughts and so our lips to touch as a reminder to consciously choose loving words.
And back to our hearts as a reminder to be compassionate and loving to others but equally to ourselves.
