This is a meditation for you to welcome yourself back home.
Whatever you may be moving through,
However the world may be feeling.
If you just need a few moments to yourself,
To re-center,
To gather yourself,
You're in the right place.
So thank you for being here.
An invitation to allow your arms to float up and out.
Just taking up a bit of space.
Stretching your body.
Moving your shoulders and your limbs.
Your heart space.
Your hips.
Just kind of being aware of how your body is feeling and giving gratitude for this body that holds you through it all.
Allowing your back body to lengthen.
Feeling into your strength and your dignity here.
And then breathing into the sides of your lungs,
Taking up space.
Feeling into the space that you take up.
Bringing your hand to your heart now.
Allowing your body's rhythm to sync with that of your heart.
Letting your heart lead.
So your breath,
Your thoughts,
And your heartbeat all aligning.
All aligned right here.
And as you take a deep,
Nourishing breath in,
Welcome.
A big cleansing breath out.
Home.
Another deep breath in,
Filling up your belly and into your chest,
Your heart space,
Welcome.
Really holding yourself here while you say home and let go.
Let go of any tension,
Any worry,
Any then or there.
And one last deep breath in,
The deepest,
Biggest breath you've taken all day.
Hold it at the top and just enjoy that moment of in-between.
The void space,
The space of creation.
And intend to release and let go with this big cleansing breath out.
