Welcome,

Welcome,

Welcome.

As you settle into this space at this time,

I invite you,

If you utilize any aromatic plants,

Essential oils,

Candles,

Or incense that may help you relax your body and ease into a meditative state,

Please use it during this meditation.

I will be using a candle and an aromatic spray that signals to my body and my mind that it is time to downregulate and time to be here now.

So as we get into a comfortable posture,

Whatever that means for you,

Let's invite in some deep belly breaths,

Inhaling into our belly and up to our hearts,

Pausing at the top to give a bit of gratitude for all that our hearts are and feel,

Letting it all go.

Another deep belly breath in,

All the way up into your heart space.

As you exhale,

Release anything that is pulling you away from here and now.

Just let go.

And another deep inhale into your belly and up to your heart,

Really breathing in this now moment and all that it has to offer,

Allowing our bodies to completely relax with that exhale.

What does empty yet inexhaustible feel like?

Allowing any thoughts to just be thoughts,

Allowing them to flow through us as they are meant to.

No need to cling or follow.

Truly,

Truly letting go.

Empty yet inexhaustible.

Allowing your inhale to nourish every part of you.

Allowing your exhale to free you into this now moment.

Empty yet inexhaustible.

And as we close out this meditation,

Bringing your hands to your heart space if that feels good,

Again,

Giving gratitude for this now moment and all that it has to offer.

Thank you for spending this time.

Thank you for tending to your inner landscape,

For activating your inner magic.

You are welcome to come back to this space and allow it to nourish you as often as you need.

Be well.
