Hi Resilient Sunshine,

Thanks for joining me today for this new meditation.

Make your time to settle and whether you are laying down or seated just let yourself comfortably be most comfortable way possible for you at this moment.

And take a deep breath in for 1,

4 and hold 4,

1 and exhale for 4,

3,

1 and hold for 1,

3,

4 and breathe in again for 1,

3,

4 and hold 4,

3,

1 and exhale for 3,

1 and hold 1,

Inhale again one last time for this round 1,

2 and hold 3,

1 and exhale for 1,

4 and hold here and you can breathe in normally again at your own rhythm and in this moment you know I hurried you up in this breathing so you can just jump in this moment focusing on your breath in and out and just paying attention to the air that comes in and out of your body and doing a final check on this body so whether you're seated or laying down you need to breathe in and out and as you breathe in again quickly your body looking for any tension that you're still holding there and as you breathe out just try to relax a little bit more this tension doesn't need to all fully be completely gone just keep breathing in and out you relax a little bit more every single breath and as we pause in this moment we're going on a little forest adventure and this will allow us to travel to a different space than where we are now and feel a little bit more true this tension that we're still holding in our body just take a final deep breath in and out relaxing as much as you can breathing in and out turning your body for any tension and breathing out releasing it as much as you can and right there we are going on a walk as you prepare go on this walk you can see the path opening ahead the trees and greenery surrounding this path and you can hear the sound of nature the sound of the trees and the branches moving alongside the wind sound of the birds calling you on this walk and we begin to step on this path one step after the other after the other and after the other getting in the middle of this path you feel hugged by the nature around you the trees are very dense very present around you and you can smell you can smell the trunk you can smell the trees smell the plants you can smell the soil a little unifying as temperature around you is not too hot not too fresh just right perfect temperature for you and you carry on walking on this path you can hear the leaves moving alongside the breeze and you continue advancing on this path you hear a little bit of rustling probably some squirrels gently something from tree to tree or branch to branch the forest is alive but feel safe you're safe here there is something something about this path that is quite promising and as you continue down this path it branches out the path to the left you continue walking one step after the other after the other and after the other just one step at a time take your time to take it all in picture the greenery around you feel what it feels to be surrounded with such powerful nature take it all in and as you continue down this path you'll see a little clearing coming up it's like an oasis in the middle of the forest a very inviting oasis it's there between the density of the trees there's a perfect spot for you to sit or lay down i invite you to do so set yourself up comfortably in that space this space this oasis in the forest is just comfy welcoming safe allowing you to surrender a little further allowing these tensions that subsisted in your body to relax a tiny bit more than what you did at the beginning take another deep breath in and out here breathing in and out scanning your body for the subsisting tensions and breathing out through them releasing what is left in the safe space that we have carved for us and take some time just to notice notice what is this tension what is what is it related to where is it is sitting in your body no need to fight it just surrender what is it trying to tell you is there something unspoken is there some rest that cannot be had have you been ignoring some of your needs breathe in and out through this and gently just being with yourself here for a moment without trying to shift anything just welcome welcome the insight that is coming to you in this moment without judgment open your heart with compassion and accept what it is what is coming to you right now don't try to overthink it just take it as it is as simple or as complex as it might be just accept it accept the gift of insight or accept the gift of silence that's right let it come up for you in whatever shape or form allow it to flow and we'll take a final deep breath in and out here taking a moment to pause and mark this moment with appreciation appreciate the insight appreciate the moment appreciate even the tension the tension that allowed you to pay attention to yourself in this present moment tension that allowed you to access that insight or perhaps motivated you to carve some time for yourself right now give it a little more love just right here for a moment and that's right we'll begin walking yourself back on the path turning back up turning your back to this oasis in the middle of the forest with gratitude for its welcoming arms going back on that path that is leading us to the main one there's a certain spring in your step this time not in a hurry to be back there there's nothing holding you back to linger there for you're just following the path one step after the other after the other and after the other going back onto the main one where the trees are still offering you a beautiful sight to see standing tall and protective around you hugging you in this moment as you continue walking down this path to come back to yourself slowly one step after the other after the other and after the other taking another final deep breath in and out breathing in the nature of the forest and breathing out the gratitude for this moment to welcome yourself back in your body where everything started in your all-time taking a moment to be there,

Take it all in and process these insights in your own time and if you need to come back to this moment and this visualization to process a little more feel free to do so in the meantime if you feel called to you can stay here a moment with it or you can invite some movement back in your body and open your eyes look around you look around you and embrace the rest of your day with love and resilience
