Welcome,

I'm so happy you're listening.

Take a moment to settle in,

Whether you're sitting comfortably or resting on your back.

Eyes could remain slightly open or feel free to close your eyes.

Let your breath arrive just as it is,

Soft,

Natural,

Unforced.

This is your small pocket of pause,

A place to breathe,

To rest,

To connect with the tiny delights the season quietly offers.

Allow your shoulders to soften a little bit more and unwrap any tension in your jaw.

Your hands can relax in your lap or beside you.

Connect just a little more to the presence of support beneath you.

Give yourself permission to settle.

Give yourself permission to get comfortable,

Even if that's just 1% more.

Gently notice your breath,

Nothing to rush or force.

Let your next exhale feel like an unwrapping,

Releasing a layer of tension you no longer need to carry.

With a gentle inhale,

Allow your body to receive steadiness and warmth.

Perhaps notice the coolness or warmth of the air around you and how it graces your skin.

Notice your own quiet rhythm of presence.

This season can be full,

Beautiful,

And sometimes overwhelming.

So for now,

Turn towards the small things,

The tiny delights that bring you back to yourself.

Picture one simple sensory moment from this season that brings you a hint of ease or joy.

A warm glow of a candle,

The hush of snowfall,

The scent of pine,

The first sip of something warm in a favorite mug,

Or a soft light shining in your home.

Let a tiny delight come forward,

And whatever arises is enough.

No effort,

Just noticing.

Focus gently on this seasonal joy.

Notice how your breath responds,

And perhaps it's softening,

Lengthening,

Becoming a little steadier,

Or not,

And that's okay.

Continue to rest your attention here and let this tiny delight be a quiet reminder of what nourishes you.

From this place of soft presence,

Welcome a little more time to reconnect,

Release,

Receive,

And remember.

Reconnect with what truly matters to your heart.

Release a bit of the tightness,

Hurry,

Or pressure you might be carrying.

Receive the subtle joys that meet you in simple,

Ordinary moments.

Remember what helps you feel grounded and supported,

And feel your breath.

Your inner light and your energy restored,

Breath by breath.

May each inhale be a small opening,

And each exhale a quiet unwinding,

Letting the moment flow,

Breath by breath by breath.

And now,

Sense one last time the tiny delight you called forward.

Let it land somewhere inside you,

Like a spark of mindful magic for the moments ahead.

And welcome a deeper inhale,

Fill yourself up,

Nourish you,

And a slow,

Lingering exhale,

Release,

Let go.

May this season offer you small wonders,

Unexpected pockets of peace,

And the reminder that you belong in the glow of it all.

When you feel ready,

Gently open your eyes or lift your gaze.

Welcome back to the space you are in right here,

Right now.

Thank you for being here.

May you move through your day knowing you truly belong.
