Monika is a certified Mindfulness Meditation Teacher and a certified Holistic Life Coach and Mind-Body Practitioner. She discovered the power and beauty of mindfulness during a challenging period in her life, where meditation became both her anchor and her pathway to healing. Experiencing firsthand how mindful awareness can transform stress, nurture resilience, and restore inner balance, she felt called to share these practices with others. Today, Monika supports students, scholars, professionals, and teams in reconnecting with calm, clarity, and purpose. Through her coaching and training, she empowers others to cultivate mind–body balance, deepen self-awareness, and navigate academic and professional life with greater ease and compassion. With a PhD in Adult Education, Monika brings together academic insight, personal experience, and meditative practice. Her work is grounded in the belief that when we slow down, breathe, and turn inward, we create space for growth, healing, and meaningful transformation.
