This Healing Attachment Wounds meditation is a practice that gently guides you through a journey to start to arrive at secure attachment and self-love. If you are struggling with an attachment to a person that is no longer serving you, this guided journey is designed for you to be empowered to release that attachment and replace it with trust in yourself. The practice starts with an embodied body scan to bring you into the wisdom of your body and heal from a place of power.

Welcome to this sacred,
Beautiful,
Gentle meditation.
Take a deep breath in,
Hold it at the top,
And release it when it feels right for you.
As you land in this beautiful,
Sacred,
Healing space,
Welcome to this meditation on healing our wounds of attachment and releasing the attachments that are no longer serving us.
Before we dive into the meditation,
This beautiful journey that we're going to go on,
Take a moment to thank yourself for arriving here,
For taking the time to show up for yourself,
For every version of you,
Past,
Present,
And future,
For your higher self,
For the shadows within you,
For every aspect of who you are.
Take a deep breath in,
Hold it at the top,
And let it out with a sigh of relief.
You have arrived.
You are here,
And this is your time.
Today,
I'm gonna guide us through a gentle healing meditation that's infused with Reiki energy,
Energy of the archangels,
And you can infuse it with any energies that feel good for you.
Anything that you're connected to emotionally,
Spiritually,
Within yourself,
In nature,
You're gonna have the opportunity to call those energies in.
Take another deep breath in,
Hold it at the top,
Release when it feels right.
Feel free to make yourself comfortable.
You can sit down,
Cross-legged,
You can lie down,
You can stand,
Whatever feels right for you.
Take a moment for yourself to get into that space now.
Another deep breath in,
Now that you're settled in that space,
Deep breath in,
Hold it at the top,
And release.
Release anything that you carried with you into this space that does not need to continue on with you through this meditation.
I'm going to guide you through this meditation,
And before we begin,
Just want to remind you that,
As always,
This is your time,
Your energy,
And you can receive and accept whatever feels right for you.
You are the director,
The main character,
The leader of your life and your experience.
Anything that you see,
That you feel,
That comes your way,
You are completely in control of.
As we come into this beautiful,
Sacred space,
I'm calling in our guides,
Our guardian angels,
All of the archangels,
Raphael,
Mikael,
Gabriel,
Uriel,
Sandophan,
Metatron,
Calling them into this place,
Calling in our higher selves,
Calling in the energy of wind,
Water,
Earth,
And fire,
Calling in Mother Earth,
Calling in the energy of the moon,
The sun,
And any of our loved ones that have passed,
That are standing with us and supporting us in this journey.
Feel free to take this time to call in any energies that feel supportive for you,
To invite them into this sacred space,
Your space,
This is your time.

And release.
You're setting an intention today for this meditation,
This healing,
Reiki infused journey,
To release the attachments that are no longer serving us,
To heal the attachment wounds that have kept us stuck,
To heal the attachment wounds that were never ours to begin with,
To weave in their place,
New,
Beautiful,
Supportive cords to parts within ourselves that we have been waiting for,
To self-confidence,
Self-love,
Acceptance,
Trust,
Faith,
Hope,
Joy,
Courage,
And bravery.
Calling on the Archangels,
Mother Earth,
The Reiki energy of the light of God,
Mother Mary,
And the power of fire,
Earth,
Wind,
And water to help us gently,
Easily,
Blissfully release those attachments and identify the ones that we are ready to be free from.
As we take a deep breath in,
Hold it at the top,
And release with a big sigh.
Another deep breath in,
Hold it at the top,
And release.
You close your eyes,
Become aware of your body,
Starting at the head,
Noticing what your scalp,
Your forehead feels like,
Feeling the air going through your nose and out your mouth.
Take a deep breath in,
Hold it,
And release,
Feeling the crinkles on your smile as you let yourself smile.
Let this be an enjoyable journey,
Feeling your ears and your neck,
Feeling your throat chakra within your neck,
And the strength and power and truth that lives in that part of you.
Feeling your shoulders,
Relaxing them a bit,
Your arms,
Remembering all of the times that your hands and your arms have created beauty in this world.
Thanking them for the miracles that they have made.
Feeling your heart,
Your heart chakra,
Letting the light of a hundred thousand angels fill your heart with hope and joy.
Releasing any pain in your heart that you no longer need to hold on to.
Taking a deep breath in,
Holding it at the top,
And letting it go with a huge sigh.
Make any noises you need,
Move in any way you need to release that energy.
It's safe to let it go.
It's safe to make space for the things that you want,
The dreams that you have.
Moving your attention to your stomach,
Your gut,
Taking a moment just to notice what comes up for you here.
Any fears,
Pain,
Trauma,
Maybe there's shame,
Regret,
Maybe there's hopeless exhaustion,
Fear.
Just noticing.
Give yourself the gift of just noticing it and accepting yourself,
Every part of you,
Exactly as it is.
Trusting that these feelings,
These emotions,
These messages have a purpose.
They have a power,
And they are not something you need to run from.
Be brave enough in this moment to just accept yourself exactly as you are.
Feeling a deep sense of peace and calm throughout your stomach,
Your gut area.
Seeing a bright,
White,
Golden light joining you in that area of your body,
Holding space for the pain and trauma that you have experienced.
It's safe to hold space for the very real experiences that you have had.
Know that you're not alone.
If at any point something feels like it's too much right now,
Take a deep breath in,
Hold it at the top,
Release and ground into your body.
Remember where you are.
Remember that you're in a safe place.
Remember that you're always protected.
You are always protected.
As we take another gentle moment to sit in this space in our body,
We call on the energies of earth,
Fire,
Wind,
And water to bring in mystical,
Magical,
Gentle,
Aligned healing to this part of our bodies.
Our physical body,
Our mental body,
Our emotional body,
Our chakras that sit in the stomach and gut area,
Our sacral chakra,
Our solar plexus chakra,
To bring in whatever healing we need at this time for this part of our bodies,
Our lives,
Our stories with ease and freedom,
Allowing us to heal in a moment,
In an instant with the power of one deep inhale,
Holding it at the top,
Trusting that you can heal and releasing with a big sigh.
Thanking our bodies and our guides,
Thanking earth,
Fire,
Wind,
And water for supporting us in that healing.
And when you're ready,
Continuing to the next part of your body,
Moving your attention to your legs,
Feeling their strength and their power,
Remembering a time where your legs carried you exactly where you needed to go,
Where the very same legs that are on your body right now brought you to the very place that you needed to be.
It's okay to thank our legs and be grateful for them,
For their strength,
Their courage,
Their bravery,
For the times that have carried us forward when we didn't know how to take the next step.
Feel a beautiful green healing energy surrounding your legs,
Holding them in gratitude,
Grace,
And healing as we appreciate how far we have come.
Archangel Raphael comes in with her beautiful green healing energy to hold space for this moment,
To allow us to really ground into our bodies and instill in ourselves trust in our legs,
Our strength,
Our foundation.
As we take a deep breath in,

And let it all out.
Take as many deep breaths as you need as you visualize the most beautiful,
Gentle,
Majestic green energy floating around your legs,
Weaving around them like magical vines on a tree,
And each inch of the vine is filled with healing codes that are specifically designed for your body,

Allowing this healing to take place,
Knowing that you deserve to heal and believing that you can.

Thanking Archangel Raphael for coming into this beautiful space as we move our attention to our feet,
Our beautiful,
Strong,
Courageous feet,
Wiggling our toes,
Feeling how solid our foundation is,
Feeling how unshakable our feet are,
Feeling the strength and firmness of the soles of our feet as we notice our power,
As we become aware of our solid foundation.
This is your foundation,
Your feet,
Your body,
Your soul,
Your mind,
Your heart.
This is your body.
Now that we have become aware,
Our entire body can sit in the energy of ourself,
Of our own body,
Knowing that it's safe to be in this body.
You can repeat that to yourself as we move into this part of this meditative journey,
Feeling our bodies and the energy that our bodies create as we remind ourselves that it is safe to be in this body.
It is safe to be in my body.
It is safe to be aware of the power of my body.
It is safe to feel the power of my body.
Now that we have arrived in our beautiful,
Strong,
Amazing body,
We are ready to become aware of an attachment or multiple attachments to things,
People,
Places,
Past experiences that are no longer serving us.
As you stay in your body and feel the power of your body,
Allow yourself to think of an attachment to a person in your life,
Past,
Present,
Or future,
That you have that is keeping you out of your power,
Out of your body,
And away from your purpose.
Allow yourself to be honest with yourself about this attachment.
Take as many deep breaths as you need,
Knowing that your guardian angels,
Guides,
Ancestors,
Mother Earth are all here with you.
You're not alone as you face this attachment.
You have more support than you can even imagine in this moment.
Take a deep breath in,
Hold it at the top,
And release,
Letting out a sigh.
Let that attachment become as clear as you are comfortable with in your mind's eye.
If you feel comfortable,
Visualize that person standing in front of you now.
As you see them in front of you,
You also see your loved ones,
Your guides,
Your favorite place in the world,
Favorite weather,
Your loved ones who have passed,
Guardian angels,
Your pets,
Here with you too.
Remember that you are not alone.
Take a deep breath as the image of this person becomes clearer and clearer in front of you.
Remember that you are in your body.
You are in your power.
Notice how it feels to stand in front of this person you have had an attachment to while being in your power.
Notice how it feels to be in your body and be in their presence.
Do you feel your strength?
Can you feel your wisdom?
Do you see that you are sovereign and you get to create any boundaries that serve you?
Take a deep breath in as you arrive even deeper into this space and your body and release on an exhale any fears,
Anxieties that are coming up in this practice.
Now that you can see this person in front of you,
And you can feel your own body and your own power,
I invite you to ask yourself,
Is this attachment mine?
Whatever answer comes up for you,
Trust that that is your truth.
And if this attachment is not yours,
I invite you to ask yourself,
Who put this attachment wound in me?
Noticing whatever answer comes up for you and allowing yourself to trust your truth.
Whether this attachment is yours or not,
I invite you to ask yourself now,
Does this attachment to this person serve me?
And if the answer is no,
It's time to be brave,
To trust yourself,
To remember the wisdom of your body.
Remember the strength and power that you hold in your body.
Knowing that you don't need to know the details of how this attachment wound was created.
You don't need to know the details,
The ins and outs of this attachment to this person.
You can release it.
All you need to release it is to believe that you deserve something better.
To believe that you deserve more.
You deserve secure attachment to people who have the ability to love you and show up for you and hold space for you with ease.
That you deserve to be secure within yourself,
To love yourself,
Appreciate yourself,
Hold space for yourself.
Taking a deep breath in,
Feeling into what you deserve,
Holding it at the top and releasing.
Getting so clear on what you deserve.
The love that exists within yourself that is waiting for you.
The trust in yourself that it's okay to be on your own.
It's safe to detach from this person.
The hope that creating space in your life will bring in miracles for you.
The faith in your ability to let go,
To release this attachment and be free.
Become aware of your body and feel it shimmering like a diamond,
A sea of stars as you stand in front of this person and you thank them for the role that they have played in your life.
Then you thank yourself for having the courage to know that you deserve more,
That you deserve secure attachment,
That you deserve freedom,
That you deserve to put yourself first.
Ever so gently,
Take a deep breath in.
Your body is still shimmering.
The shimmering is getting brighter and brighter.
Hold it at the top.
As you exhale,
Visualize the gold sparkly stars from your body spreading so big that they cover everything around you.
Covering the entire world in front of you,
The entire universe in front of you.
As you exhale,
Sighing with relief,
Smiling,
Dancing if you feel like it,
As that person is no longer standing in front of you.
There's just golden stars and shimmers and hope and joy and freedom and self love in and around you.
Know that you are free from this attachment and that in its place you have opened yourself up to magical,
Beautiful,
Self love,
Secure attachment,
Self trust,
Self acceptance,
Self belief and freedom.
You deserve all of these things and the desire to have them makes them yours.
Trust in this practice that we've done today and come back to it whenever you feel called.
Knowing you always have the power to choose the attachments that are for your highest good,
To release those that are not.
Coming back into your physical space,
Ever so gently,
Feeling your toes,
Wiggling them,
Wiggling your fingers,
Moving your body in whatever way feels good for you.
As you arrive back into this beautiful space,
Noticing how you feel different.
Noticing how it feels to be in your body,
To be in your power,
And to trust your truth.
