This Inner Child Meditation allows you to connect with a past version of yourself that has been trying to connect with you. Take the time to listen to a message from your inner child to help guide you on your day and help that past version of yourself finally be seen + heard. As adults, we have the opportunity to go back in our minds through meditation to meet past versions of ourselves with compassion, love, and acceptance.

Welcome.

Thank you for taking the time and energy to bring to this inner child energy healing meditation.

Today we're going to do some profound yet gentle inner child healing work and I'll be working with the energy of Reiki,

The Archangels,

Four elements of earth,

Fire,

Wind,

And water to support us in this healing.

As always,

This is your time,

Your practice,

Your mind,

Your body,

Your life,

And in this case your inner child.

I'm just the guide and you can direct and heal in whatever way is best for you during this time.

With that,

Take a deep breath in,

Hold it at the top,

Settling into your own energy,

And release anything that is no longer serving you as you arrive in this beautiful sacred space.

Take another deep breath in,

Hold it at the top,

And release with a sigh.

I'm going to start this meditation,

This inner child energy healing practice by calling in the Archangels.

If you're familiar with the energy of the Archangels,

You can sing along,

You can visualize them coming into your energetic space,

And if you're not familiar,

I invite you to just settle into your body,

Settle into this space with an open mind.

And if the energy of the Archangels don't resonate with you,

Feel free to let it just wash over you as we dive into this inner child energy healing.

Thanking the Archangels for coming into this sacred space and joining us on this beautiful energy healing meditation for our inner child.

We're also going to call in the energy of Mother Earth with the elements of earth,

Fire,

Wind,

And water gently coming into this space in whatever way is supportive for each of us.

As you take a deep breath in,

Hold it at the top,

Let out a sigh of relief knowing that you're completely supported during this practice.

Take another deep breath in,

Hold it at the top,

And release.

Drop your shoulders a little bit,

Take whatever movements you need to really arrive in your body,

In this physical space.

And during this practice,

I'm going to be channeling and infusing Reiki energy and Angel Reiki energy into this healing with the intention of allowing that energy to serve each of our individual needs for the highest good of ourselves,

Our inner child,

And any past and present versions of ourselves.

It's a very gentle,

Light energy that's going to help us unlock miracle healing during this practice.

Taking a deep breath in,

Trusting in the power of ourselves,

Holding it at the top,

Letting go any fear and doubts as you exhale.

I'm going to start this practice with a strong affirmation and intention for ourselves.

Taking a deep breath in,

Hold it at the top,

Becoming aware of your power,

Your energy,

Letting out a sigh of relief as I invite you to say to yourself or repeat in your mind,

I am a powerful creator.

I am a powerful creator.

I am a powerful creator.

Let that truth sink into yourselves and your body as you become really aware of your own power,

Your own energy,

Knowing that during this practice,

As always,

You are the director of your experience,

Your life,

Your energy,

And I'm just the guide.

This is your time and you are the one that's directing and creating this healing for yourself.

Taking another deep breath in,

Hold it at the top,

Sigh it out,

And repeat to yourself,

I am a powerful creator.

With that intention and affirmation,

We arrive into this space with our own power and the intention of bringing forward the energy of our inner child that most needs to communicate with us now.

Taking a deep breath in,

Hold it at the top as you soften to the idea of welcoming in your inner child and let out a sigh.

I'm going to invite you to visualize yourself as you are right now,

Wherever you are,

And visualize how powerful,

Strong,

And grown you are.

Become aware of the extent to which you are now an adult.

You are sovereign.

You have the ability to take care of yourself,

To make your own decisions,

To live the life that you want to live.

Let yourself become aware of that as you're visualizing your own body,

Your own space,

Your own energy in whatever place you currently are.

Really ground into this present moment and into the power of your present moment.

Taking a deep breath in,

Hold it at the top,

Letting out a big sigh as you release any doubts and any fears about the power of your present moment.

Now that you've arrived in your present moment and you're aware of your own power,

I'm going to invite you to call on a version of you,

A piece of yourself,

A piece of your inner child that has been trying to communicate with you.

Know that whatever part of you comes up for you today is perfect and is exactly what's meant for you.

So take a deep breath in,

Hold it at the top,

Smile if it feels right for you,

Let out a big sigh.

We're going to invite that part of you that wants to communicate with you,

That inner child part of you,

Into this space.

Before we do that,

We're going to set out for them a little seat.

So if you're sitting down or lying down currently,

Visualize yourself wherever you are and start to visualize a little spot for your inner child.

It can be a beautiful basket they can sit in,

A comfy blanket,

A patch of grass with sunshine trickling onto them.

Whatever resonates for you,

Whatever feels right for you and for this part of you in this moment,

Let your imagination bring forth exactly the seat,

The space that this part of you needs to feel comfortable to come forward.

Take a deep breath in,

Hold it at the top,

And release with a sigh as that space is created.

Now that the safe space is ready and you know that you and your inner child and every part of you are completely supported,

Invite that part of your inner child that wants to communicate with you to come forward ever so gently.

Welcome them with open arms and invite them to take a seat.

Let yourself feel the childlike joy that comes in as the inner child energy arrives.

And as you see them coming in,

Taking a seat or standing in the space that you have laid out for them,

Thank them for being here.

Let them know that they're safe here and that this is a space where they can say and feel whatever they need to.

Take a deep breath in,

Hold that acceptance at the top and let out a sigh.

Now that version of you,

This piece of your inner child has arrived and you both are comfortable,

I'm going to invite you to ask and listen.

To ask them what they want to share with you today and then give yourself the joy of just listening to this part of you.

Knowing that whatever comes up is safe and that you're completely supported at all times during this and they are completely supported too.

Take a deep breath in,

Hold it at the top.

Ask yourself,

What do you want to share with me today?

And let it out with a sigh.

As you listen to them,

Take as many deep breaths as you need.

Let yourself be comfortable.

Take a deep breath in,

Hold it at the top.

Let out a sigh of relief.

Take another deep breath in,

Hold it at the top.

Let out another sigh of relief.

I'm gonna give this beautiful part of you another chance to share anything else,

Add any last messages they want to communicate with you at this time.

Letting them know that they're always welcome to come back and that this isn't the only time you all are going to be able to communicate.

Asking them,

Is there anything else you want to share with me today?

Take a deep breath in,

Hold it at the top and listen.

Let out a sigh of relief as you open yourself up to really listen to what they have to say.

Take a deep breath in,

Hold it at the top.

Thanking them for sharing with you today.

Let out a sigh of gratitude as you thank them again for being brave enough to share with you whatever they shared.

You can give them a hug if it feels right.

You can give them a high five.

You can make goofy faces at them.

You both can get up and dance in your mind's eye or you can even move your body in this physical world.

Shake it out and let that joy of connecting with that past version of you,

That inner child that still lives within you.

Let that childlike joy wash over you as you let yourself feel grateful for the wisdom and healing that comes from every version of you.

Knowing that every version of you,

Past,

Present and future is always rooting for you,

Always has your best interest in mind,

Always believes in you and is always on your side.

Thank this beautiful part of yourself as you invite it to go back to its home and come back at another time if needed when the time is right.

As you visualize that space that you laid out for them gently transforming and disappearing before your eyes.

You visualize yourself in the space that you're in,

In your current physical body as an adult.

Visualize yourself as you are with the power that you hold and become aware of the gift or message or lesson or healing that this part of you brought back to yourself.

You can notice if it's sitting in a part of your body,

How it feels or if a part of yourself or your past that you were carrying that was no longer serving you has been released.

Just notice the magic and the miraculous healing that has already taken place.

Take a deep breath in,

Hold it at the top and let out a sigh.

You can thank yourself for showing up for yourself.

You can thank yourself for being a powerful creator and you can thank yourself for getting yourself to where you are today.

Take this last moment to really bask in the gratitude and appreciation of yourself,

Knowing that every version of you is rooting for you and every version of you has your back.

Take a deep breath in,

Arriving back gently into this physical space,

Holding it at the top,

Letting out a sigh as you come back into your physical space in your body.

Take any movements you might need,

Stretch your arms,

Sigh,

Yawn,

Laugh,

Cry,

Giggle,

Feel whatever you need to feel as you come back safely into your present moment.
