You can give yourself the grace to come into this space fully,

So often we split ourselves into parts and sometimes you have to leave parts of ourselves at home,
But not in this space,
Not here.
This is your space,
Your container for healing.

Today I'm going to guide you through a sweet meditation with the intention of calling your power back to you.
As we go through this meditation,
I invite you to remember and know that you are the director of your life,
Of this meditation,
This moment,
This space.
I am just here as a gentle guide.
This is your space,
Your mind,
Your body,
And your magic.
As you call back your power,
Remember that you are directing everything that happens and you are completely sovereign.
With that,
Let's take a deep breath in,
Grounding into this beautiful,
Sacred space.
Release that breath,
Close your eyes if it feels comfortable for you.
If you want to keep them open or you want to close them and open them,
You are the director,
So you get to choose.
You can sit or lie down or stand,
Whatever feels best for you.
This is your time.
You can take another deep breath,
Really settling into this space.
Release the air from your lungs,
Let go of anything you're carrying with you that is no longer serving you.
As we invite in our guides,
Ancestors,
Angels,
Loved ones,
Any beings that are for our highest good and the highest good of all beings,
For this intention of calling back our power,
Are welcome in this space to aid us in calling back our power so gently.
It can be easy and wonderful and comfortable to call back our power.
It can feel good and relaxing to call back our power and we can be supported by our angels,
Our ancestors,
Our spirit guides,
Star beings,
Mother Earth,
Whatever resonates with you.

As the violet flame comes in,
Just do one final sweep to ensure that all of the power you have called back is cleansed and cleared.
That it is your energy and your power as you ask yourself,

Take a deep breath.
Exhale.
If any part of this energy is not yours,
I invite you to release it.
To let go of any of the parts that may have once been yours or were disguised as yours but were really someone else's.
To be released with ease,

And gratitude for the role that those energies once played in your life.
Let out a sigh of relief.

That no longer serves you,
