(stop thinking, get into NOW moment, anchor all your awareness and attention in the centre of your heart and be still.) Choose. We create our reality with attention paying attention into something with your awareness with your focus I'll show you one practice one exercise where you identify with your I am and you sort of identify with your unlimiting nature with your limitless potential with everything that you are as I am so the practice involves first okay let's say pause choose breathe and feel in the choosing you can choose either your dream whatever that is but let's say if you're tired of choosing the same dream and you still don't see it in your reality then what I would suggest is suggesting something broader so choose to feel how it feels like that consciousness that you are that unlimited spirit that you are that I am which never dies that I am which is fullness of life that I am from which comes everything that you see everything that was ever created and will be created so go broader and and play with that feeling and why you want to play with the feeling is because you want to become more sentient rather than intellectual and and use your intellect for creating reality if you use intellect or mind for creating your reality you always create something you know which was always there or you can get stuck in your in limitations and thought pattern which are already in the false matrix because false matrix in infiltrates the mind so it's only on the mind level and if you want to skip those clearing limitations and and go beyond the character that you created beyond the ego you want to do the step which is called pause in the pause a step it's switching a stop thinking and you can challenge yourself stop thinking just for 10 seconds and that's enough so you come to that practice let's say let's go do it together 10 minutes then first step pause switch of your thinking then choose what do you want to experience you can be specific with your specific dream or you can be you can choose the goal it is new mindset or new way of being and and and expecting the best every time so let's say my all my dreams are always fulfilled everything goes perfectly for me I am taking care of I am the master of money I am master of life everything the life serves me I am God there is no other I am unlimited I am fullness of life so go with those truth about I am that you are so in that way you're identifying if you I am but you also can access the feeling the so we've got pause we've got truth so we that was example what you can choose also in that way you can release all limitations around money so we can just say money and stay with that money idea or around partner which one let's say clear all hurt you just say the partner name and then let all emotions wash through you and you don't block it you just observe it and feel it till it neutralize itself and you can do around any subject when you've got any phobic fears around some subject so you bring it into your heart into the stillness and you sort of observe it and let those fears flush through you and go through you till it neutralize itself the third step a point of that exercise is called breathe so and the last one is feel breathe and feel is the same so when you stop thinking when you switch off your thinking and mind what you do is it's without effort and no bringing any emotions that feelings is already there it's part of your consciousness so you tune into your consciousness in the stillness you move into your heart into the stillness you breathe you're present in the moment you anchor yourself in your in all awareness all attention comes to the one point in your heart you anchor yourself there you breathe and you get used to that all attention is on one spot in your heart while you're breathing so you observe the breath because it's movement but at the same time all your energy and awareness is at one spot in your heart in stillness and I'll include the feeling that means feel whatever is there and let's make it more intentional so let's say my dreams always come true all my dreams always but get fulfilled and when you enter that intention into your heart then anchor it with that attention and awareness at one spot in your heart in the center let it be there still and then breathe and what you do you feel that means without effort without bringing any emotions because you're not trying to bring any emotions to that the idea is not bringing any emotion so you manifested and bringing into reality because that dream that intention is already there is within you what you want to do is just let go all ideas thoughts patterns all old identities let them go just by feeling and breathing so you are not stopping any unpleasant thoughts or emotions you're not stopping any any unpleasant sensations which comes from your body but you're not thinking about it you're not engaging mind like why what's going on why do I feel this way you don't analyze and you don't think you learn you only allow yourself to feel whatever is there the intention is there and you are tuning and paying attention to that intention which you sort of anchored in your heart in on one spot there goes or your awareness by the same time you breathe and you observe your breathing and you feel the breathing first you feel breathing and then you relax into it into the breathing and and then you allow anything which comes into your attention or your your experience but you only observe it you anchor yourself in your heart and whatever comes you only observe it and and and sort of you hold on to that intention so my dreams always come true always quickly immediately my dreams are always fulfilled immediately and you breathe and then suddenly comes opposition suddenly comes unpleasant feelings suddenly comes something which is fighting within you but what you do it you only are calm you're anchored in your heart and you just observe it so my attention and awareness is in the center of my heart but at the same time I'm relaxed and I breathe and I observe breathing and I feel with the breathing I feel the air I don't put any effort I am NOT trying to money manufacture any emotions I am NOT trying to create any kind of feeling I am just in present moment feeling the breath and whatever comes to me and all my attention and awareness is at a spot at the center of my heart so all my dreams are always fulfilled always always all my dreams because I'm God there is no other because I am that I am I am all that it exists because all dreams comes for fruition to be fulfilled to be there there are already there and all I need to do as a human not block it so when I'm not experienced something and there is delay is only because the human self is not allowing so that exercise is really releasing resistance and allowing allowing so we are allowing your human self to allow the dreams come true and to become the highest version of yourself and to experience the best experiences the highest the best experiences for yourself which are based on I am fullness of life and I want to experience fullness of life end of story not the opposite opposite is there only to create the contrast but you don't need to choose it and you don't need to go through it you don't need to experience it you don't need to even experience any learning anymore you don't need to experience any karma anymore you are the person who is choosing you are the I am who is choosing it's you who choose so the first step can be false stop thinking get into the calm calmness get grounded move your awareness to your heart anchor yourself awareness and attention in your heart second truth so your intention whatever that is anchor it in your heart say aloud for yourself then feel start observe the breathe sorry start breathing and observe breathing but with the breathing start also the fourth step is start feel the breath you observe it and feel the breathing while you are anchoring your attention and awareness in the center of your heart and there is also your intention and then you allow any anything which comes to your awareness just observe it whatever it is sadness resistance but you don't find that resistance you just feel it and love it to go through your body and be there and you just observe it and you know the moment when you anchor in your heart and your stillness and your calm and in the stillness you are relaxed the moment when you observe it you are letting it go so the goal is letting go all resistance everything you block your dreams come true so that's very beautiful very beautiful practice I hope you have fun with it so much love to you and see you next
