Welcome to today's meditation.

Thank you for being here.

If you haven't already done so,

Sit straight aligning your back,

Your neck and your head in one straight line uncross your legs or arms close your eyes and try to observe the breath for a few seconds without any change in your altering it just an observer of your breath now take a deep long breath into your stomach and slowly and gently let it go now rate yourself how you're feeling right now one to ten one being very disturbed and ten being quiet now tune into your mind and body to see what emotions you're going through right now just an observer look inwards and see what is happening inside you everyone gets to see outside of us so let's look at ourselves inside what exactly is happening what emotions am I going through what is that impacting me today what is the noise in my head let's take few moments to tune into that now bring your consciousness to your breathing just observe the nostrils tip of your nose and upper lip area just observe the air coming in and leaving your body anytime if your mind wanders gently bring it back to this area keep checking regularly let's all of us do this together in silence you you you you keep checking regularly concentrate on your breathing let go all other thoughts worries as you observe your breath on the nostrils just observe the sensations around around your nose and cheeks area do you feel any sensations on your forehead as well you you you just keep observing your thoughts mind if it wonders gently bring it back to the breathing you you you just observe how gently subtle your breath has become observe how your mind feels is it is it quiet and peaceful or any thoughts are wandering in your mind you balance your awareness between the mindfulness your body and your breath you observe are you still with the breath?

Are any sensations arising in your body?

Do you sense any energy movements within you?

Through breath?

Are any emotions?

Are any habitual thoughts in our mind?

Whatever that is just notice don't get connected.

Think about something you have been resisting for a long time which you need to accept.

Whatever that is welcome it to your consciousness.

Don't try to change it.

Don't try to resist or chase.

Don't try to push it away.

Just bring that to your awareness.

As you accept as is which is arising out of your emotion or your physical body.

Whatever that is acceptance is spacious non-judgmental.

Let's be unattached.

Acceptance doesn't mean we endorse it or it's not our opinion.

Just simply accept to recognize and notice.

This is mindfulness and awareness of what is the reality.

Just observe your body and mind.

Is it still?

Are there any movements within you?

Whatever it is this is how things are right now right here.

This is how they are unconditionally accepted.

In your acceptance you gain the power back to you.

Instead of handing over the remote to the external people or the situations.

When you and reality are not battling.

There's no resistance the energy flows seamlessly without any blocks.

Whatever the sensations arise welcome them and accept them the way they are.

Sense your entire body the breath the mind your heart.

Feel as it's opening into the freedom of acceptance.

Nothing that you want to change.

Nothing need to be different than what it is.

This is how it is you are at the right place at the right time.

Everything is as it's supposed to be.

Take a deep long breath into your stomach let the energy settle down.

Time to end the meditation take few moments to comprehend.

Rate yourself how you're feeling right now.

Take a moment to listen to your mind body.

What is it trying to communicate to you?

It's time to open your eyes take some breath.

Keep your eyes closed.

Take a moment.
