Sit straight,
Back your neck and head,
Try to align in a straight line.
If you are sitting on a chair,
Keep your feet flat on the floor.
Try to uncross your legs or arms.
This allows natural energies flows in our body.
Gently close your eyes,
Which helps you to focus inwards.
Try to relax your body.
Try to find a posture which is going to allow you to sit through for the next 15-20 minutes.
Our aim is to sit through the meditation without any movements.
So any discomforts,
Any parts of the body stressful,
We try to breathe into those parts.
That way those pains or discomforts doesn't impact our meditation.
In turn,
It gives us the power to get through anything in our life without any hesitation or suffering.
Take a deep long breath into your stomach.
Let go all through your mouth.
Do that couple of times.
Now relax.
Let breath find its natural way of breathing.
Gently notice any part of the body if you are feeling any discomfort,
Any tension.
Gently breathe into that part.
As you breathe in,
Feel that the distress is disappearing.
The tension which you are holding.
Realize that it's just leaving your body.
Now as you close your eyes,
Put an intention out there for this meditation.
Bring your awareness to your breathing.
Gently observe the inhale and exhale.
As you breathe in,
Observe the air temperature,
How crisp it is.
Where it makes contact on your nostrils.
As it enters into your stomach.
Just observe as it leaves your body.
Where it may last contact with your nostrils.
What temperature it feels.
What is it exhaling out of your body.
Just monitor that for few seconds.
It's natural for mind to wonder in the thoughts,
In the planning,
In our past events.
Whenever you catch yourself mind wandering,
Gently bring it back to the breathing.
Every breath you take,
Try to relax your body,
Relax your mind.
Let go all the thoughts by bringing awareness to the breathing.

Feel the silence between the breaths.
Let go any thoughts.
Let go any concerns or questions popping up in your mind.
Just be present right here,

Let the silence and peace fill your entire physical body.

Unless we experience that silence,
It's just the words or the stories told by others.
So just feel the silence in your mind,
The peace it brings with it.

Nothing matters.
Feel the oneness with you and the world.
Feel the God divine in you and everything around you.
Bring your awareness to your heart.
Gently anchor your awareness into the chest,
Heart area.
Just observe and feel the subtle sensations.
Feel the emotions around your heart.
What is that we are carrying with us?
What are we worried about?
What does love mean to us?
How can we open to receive?
How can we open to unconditionally give our love to others?
To give,
We need to have abundance within us.
So let's create some abundance love within us just by opening a heart space.
Let the divine love fill our hearts.
Bring some old memories,
Very loud,
The way you've been treated from your parents,
The way your parents,
Mom nurtured you.
Bring your love towards them,
You as a little baby.
Try to bring those memories and fill your heart with that divine love.
Let's fill our hearts with that love.
Then we show gratitude for the people who poured love into us.
Let's take few moments.
Show the gratitude.
Feel who give unconditional love.
For some it might be emotional,
It's okay to release those emotions.
While you acknowledge the love,
These other feelings come out.
Let it go.

Feel the divine motherly love.
Don't entertain any other thoughts than unconditional love which brings joy and happiness.
Let the joy vibrate in your physical body.
Raise your vibrations to the highest possible levels.
Just by opening your heart,
You receive all the universal love.
