Whatever you like to achieve.
Music It could be mental pace,
It could be physical relief,
It could be someone's welfare.
Whatever you want this meditation to provide you.
Looking for some clarity in certain particular aspects,
You can ask so.
As you settle in,
Just concentrate on your nostrils where the air comes in and air goes out.
As you observe the air which is going in,
Follow the air until it reaches your body,
Inside your tummy.
Breathe,
Take the air until you reach to the belly,
Slowly let it out.
Observe the temperature of the air which is going in,
Going out.
Music Just monitor your breathing for few minutes.
As you monitor,
You can observe your thoughts are slowly slowly coming down.
You feel lighter.
Music Before we get deeper into the meditation,
Visualize a white light coming from the sky,
Top of your head and protecting your body.
Entire body and the light is sent into the earth.
Let the light cleanse you and the surroundings where you are sitting.
May the light protect us,
Ground us while we go deep into our meditation.
We ask the light to protect us from any negativity,
Any unwanted energies which are trying to approach us or being dotted at us.
Let them take it to the white light where they disappear.
You don't have to know the theory,
Just have the intention and believe that you will be protected.
Concentrate the area in between two eyebrows or the forehead.
You can roll your eyeballs as you're closing to look at that part of your forehead.
Once you got the spot,
You can let go eyes and let them relax.
Just keep that as monitor for yourself.
Just keep breathing normally by observing the breath.
Just observe what's happening in your mind.
Still the thoughts are lingering.
Are they reduced?
If you feel that still the thoughts are disturbing you,
Take a deep long breath and let the air go through your mouth to signal for your mind to calm down.
Let them take it to the white light where they disappear.

As you get to the still position,
I'm going to guide you through some visualization.

Let your mind reach a stage where it doesn't think about anything.
The thoughts will be still there,
But you're not paying attention to any of those thoughts.
Your all the attention should be on your breathing.
As you're concentrating on breathing,
Let all other thoughts subside.
Visualize your happy space,
Whatever that could be.
The physical place,
A thing,
Animal,
Whatever your happy spot will be.
Bring those emotions to you right now.
Feel the feeling of happiness.
Let that happiness fill your entire body.
Let that energy vibrate your entire body.
Raise your vibrations to the highest level possible.
Let the energy elevate you to the highest possible energy level today.
When we raise our vibrations,
The lower energy things doesn't matter.
We stop sweating for the small stuff.
Just let everything go.
Nothing is important right now.
From that happy space,
Just wander around.
Just breathe the fresh air which comes to you.
Feel the entire world's positive energy you're breathing in.
Let that positive energy wipe every negative thought we have in our brain and our psyche system.
Inhale the positive energy in you.
It feels hard to visualize the positive energy.
Visualize an entity whom you believe in.
It could be a God or a person who can bring you that comfort.
Everything is made up of energy.
Doesn't matter whom you visualize.
We name the forms to make us comfortable to call them upon.
Just feel them around you.
Raise your vibrations.
It reaches naturally the highest happy state.
You're tuning into that frequency.
When we choose to be happy and loving space,
All the lower energy will doesn't matter.
At these elevated higher frequencies,
Us,
You shall receive.
Ask what your intention is,
What you put it out for the meditation.
Just ask and wait for the answer.
Don't bring any thought.
Just concentrate on breathing.
As you feel the answer,
If you're not clear,
Ask the follow on questions.
Till you get clarity.

We consciously breathe in the life force into us.
When you do the conscious breathing,

With this awareness bring your consciousness back to the body where you are sitting.
Feel the place where you are sitting.
Feel your body.
Make sure that you are totally grounded in the body right now.
But all the energies from outside,
All your energies floating should come back to your body.
Grounded and safe.
With this awareness as we ground ourselves wiggle your toes and fingers.
Rub your hands when you are ready.
Place them on your eyes.
