If you haven't done so sit straight back neck and the head in a straight line.
If possible keep your palms facing up.
Take a deep long breath into your tummy and then let go all at once.
Just do that three four times.
Let the breath find its natural way of breathing.
Just observe the breath for a couple of minutes.
Just monitor the inhale and exhale.
Just be an observer without any changing,
Without any force.
Now bring your attention to tip of your nostrils,
Nose and upper lip area.
While you inhale and exhale there'll be one particular point where the air touches your nostril.
Try to pinpoint that area.
Breathe in and breathe out by identifying the point where the air touches your nostrils.
Bring your consciousness to this point and let's be just observers of that point without any change or force.
Gently observe the breathing.
Gently observe the point where air touches your nostrils.
It will be very subtle.
Take few breaths to identify that point.
Let's focus on that point.
At any point you feel that your mind is wandering gently bring it back to this particular point.
Let all the thoughts be where they are.
We don't need to connect,
Don't need to attach,
Don't need to analyze.
You you Keep checking your mind.
If your mind wanders gently bring it back to the breathing point.
You you Any thoughts,
Any disturbances let them be where they are.
We don't need to try to stop them,
Don't need to connect them.
Let them be like a passing cloud.
You you you you you you you feel the relaxation the breath provides you feel the silence the breath provides you feel the peace you you we're going to gently turn our attention inward within us breathe into the space between your eyebrows in and out focusing the space between your eyebrows where your third eye resides you normally we look outside using our eyes facing outward thinking about the outside let's bring that attention change the perspective to go within breathe into the space of in between the eyebrows imagine you're turning your attention towards you you feel that you're watching yourself while you meditate from external perspective breathe into this third eye space which sees within you take your time feel you turned around looking within if you feel difficulty imagining or visualizing imagine you're standing in front of the mirror looking into your eyes and third eye area in the mirror take some time to watch what is happening in that particular space don't question don't judge just be an observer so become the observer without any judgment as an observer without any attachment just feel or sense what is happening within you now starting start questioning who is the observer who has been watched so this is your inner being or the soul or the source or the life force this is the one that is infinite unchangeable the true essence of who you are so observe the feeling of that infinite within you does it feel loving understanding knowing is it peaceful just observe the feeling other emotions as you observe deep into you so feel the connection between the soul to other parts of the body how the soul is connected to your heart so feel the heart sense the emotions heart got heart attached to you feel the heart and soul are integrated together where your soul feels loved and cared and nurtured for through the feelings of your heart so every breath you take nurtures and provides the life force for your body every positive and love affirmations you give to your mind feeds your soul so every negative and cursing we do for ourselves hurts the soul take a minute to send the positive love and caring affirmations to your soul and heart whatever resonates with you send them crack send gratitude to your heart and soul which keeps us life force moving forward so fill your heart and soul with love which removes all the negativity around the soul which washes away all the past all that hurts us all that doesn't belong to us all the emotions we accumulate over a period of time let each breath you take create the positive environment to your heart and soul Let go any emotions attached to this.
Especially any emotions which are lower vibrations.
Observe every breath which comes into you is cleansing your heart and soul.
Leaving the love and compassion with you.
Washing away any toxins and negativity.
Rebowing from every exhale you bring the divine energy in you.
Protects,
Shields your heart and soul with the positivity,
Love and caring.
Let go any emotions attached to this.
Be in the state of gratitude for the life force which keeps us moving,
Keeps us going.
Let go any emotions attached to this.
With this awareness fill your entire mind,
Body and soul with some happy thoughts.
Could have happened recently or in the past or it could be totally imaginary.
Just create the highest vibrational happy thoughts in your consciousness.
When it's time to finish the meditation bring all energies back to yourself.
Stay with yourself for a couple of minutes.
Comprehend the meditation.
What is the one thing you take away from this meditation?
Feel the surroundings,
Feel your body,
Feel where you're sitting,
Where you're resting,
Your back.
