As you're settling,

Just visualize that all the cosmic energy,
The nature is coming through your breath,
Cleansing all what you need to be cleansed today.
Then exhale all the toxins or the negative energy.
If you can't let go of your thoughts,
Just take a long deep long breath,
Hold for a few seconds and exhale very fast through your mouth.
If you're okay,
Comfortable,
You don't need to do that.
Just take a deep breath,
Hold and slowly let go.
If you're comfortable,
Either way.
Just use the background or music to bring you back if your thoughts are wandering somewhere.
Just take a breath,
Hold for a few seconds,
Slowly let it go.
Just keep doing for a few seconds.
Try to relax into your body.
Do your body scan from head to toe.
Just see any part of your body.
You're holding any stress,
Tension,
Just let it go.
Generally your jaw or your shoulders.
That's where you hold a lot of stress.
Just relax your jaw,
Drop your shoulders.
Just let go of everything what happened from morning to morning,
Yesterday,
Even just before you joined the meditation.
Mentally take a note of or rate yourself how you're feeling right now.
Try to lock in the posture so that you hold this posture for rest of your meditation.
Try not to cross your legs unless you're sitting or your arms.
Today I've been guided to take you on a small ride where you can feel your intuition or your guidance.
A lot of people question what that means.
How do we trust our intuition?
Let's try if we can pinpoint how to identify the intuition or guidance.
So as you're settling in,
Try to concentrate on your third eye area,
On your forehead,
In between your eyebrows.
Try to breathe into that area.
What that means is you're just paying attention to that area.
You might start seeing some colors or darkness or tingling in that area.
Just be an observer.
Don't get attached to that.
It's just the beginning.
If you don't feel anything,
Don't get disappointed.
As you observe the third eye area,
Just breathe in normally.
So identify your intuition or guidance.
You need to shut down your thoughts.
It's like if you want to hear a noise,
Some particular noise,
Other noise should be reduced.
We try to reduce our mind's chattering.
Just imagine there's a low level noise coming from your soul or your heart which you can't hear right now.
The moment we reduce our chattering mind,
We start feeling it.
So don't expect it's going to be someone talking to you.
Any soul level,
Heart level communication happens by feelings.
So you've got to start trusting your feelings.
Just breathe in.
Try to quieten your mind.
If still thoughts are bothering you,
Just take a deep breath.
Just pay attention to the third eye area.
I'm just going to let you do that for a few minutes.

All you'll be doing is paying attention to the background,
Your own and my voice.
If you're too tall,
Blur it out.
Just try to ignore anything which is coming to you.
At this point,
Visualize the white light coming from the skies.
Use the white light to make it as a bubble and you protect yourself and let the white light go into the mother earth where you are anchored or grounded.
Just take your time.
If you can't visualize,
Just put an intention that you've been protected.
So put an intention out.
I'm ready to hear my intuition,
Ready to feel my guidance.
I need to feel the guidance and intuition.
Let's begin with,
Let's start with a small exercise.
Just bring something into your consciousness which you've been looking at for so long.
It could be your health or it could be your career,
It could be direction for something.
Don't pick up the biggest thing that's worrying you,
Just pick something small.
It could be as small as what am I going to do today,
What dinner or lunch I'm going to cook or eat.
Whatever it is,
Just pick up something small.
As you bring that question onto your consciousness,
Just let the thought stay where it is.
Just pay attention to breathing.
Let's start with a small exercise.
Don't entertain any thoughts,
Just breathe in.
Just pay attention to your third eye area.
Your mind starts finding an answer for what you put it out there.
Try to shut down that search.
We're not searching anything,
We're seeking it.
The answer will come to you.
Just think that if you start searching for an answer,
Maybe you're shortchanging it and you just want to give a bigger answer.
So just be in the present moment.
Open yourself to feel the intuition and the guidance.

It's like your mobile phone or a TV screen with an empty screen you are waiting for the message to come up.
Whatever you feel the way we identify our intuition or the guidance is your body and psyche system will become lighter.
The answer or the feeling will be so light that it's not like your mind thought which will become heavy.
When you seek an answer from your soul,
The soul knows what is the right thing to be done right now.
The information will be like a feeling.
Try to feel the feeling when you get some answers from.
The feeling is lighter and makes you peaceful.
While you are doing this you might feel suddenly a little of nowhere a thought might pop in.
Don't pay attention to it.
Just notice it.
Acknowledge it.
Try to make a note of that.

If you feel that you got the answer what you are looking for just make a mental note of it.
Don't question anything.

The more quiet you are the more you feel.

You might feel change in temperature or you might feel very very light whatever that physical sensation you might feel or psychologically you might feel very very light and convinced.
Just let go of all your assumptions.
The more open you are the easier it gets.
The more quiet you are the more you feel.
The more quiet you are the more you feel.
This has been a very deep meditation.
Before you close your eyes bring yourself back to your body.
Let go all.
Start breathing in.
Try to feel your physical body where you are sitting.
Pay attention to the music.
The instructions provided.
Feel that you are totally grounded.
You are not feeling floating.
All your images back to this physical body.
