S Rapid Welcome to today's meditation.
Thank you for being here.
Please take few moments,
Make yourself comfortable.
Adjust your posture,
Sit straight,
Back,
Neck and head aligned.
Try to align them in a straight line.
Take few deep breaths into your stomach and gently let it go through your nose.
During this deep breathing process try to let go everything.
Try to anchor yourself where you're sitting.
Try to adjust your posture.
Let's try to hold this posture for rest of the meditation.
Gently drop your shoulders.
Let go all the stress and tension in your jaws.
And bring your consciousness to your third area in between your eyebrows,
On your forehead.
Just place your consciousness there,
Just observe.
Some might feel tingling sensation or heaviness or gently might see some colors.
Don't attach to any of those things,
Just observe them for a few seconds.
Bring your attention to the breathing now.
Observe the breathing.
Inhale and exhale.
Don't try to alter or change anything.
Just be an observer.
As you breathe in observe the temperature of the air.
Observe the crispiness of the air.
Have an intention of a divine positive energy is being breathed,
Part of your breathing.
As you exhale observe the temperature.
Let go all that doesn't belong to you.
Let go all the questions,
Doubts,
Any negative energy within you.
We do that for a few minutes.
During observing the breath there might be many thoughts pop up in your head.
It's very natural.
Gently bring your attention back to the breathing as soon as you find yourself wondering in your thoughts.
Try to observe the silence in between the breaths.
Observe the peace the silence brings to your mind and body.
If you are really disturbed take a few more deep breaths into your stomach just to settle down.
You you Regularly keep checking your mind.
Is it still with the breathing?
Is it wondering in your thoughts?
If you catch yourself wondering gently bring it back to the breathing.
You you Any discomforts,
Any thoughts,
Just breathe into them.
Don't try to think about it.
Don't try to connect.
You you you you you With this silence and peace try to generate some happy thoughts in your mind which gave you immense happiness in the past.
Or you can create one if you don't recall any of them.
Try to bring as many.
Try to bring more details about that situation or the person which gave you immense happiness.
It could be place,
Your pet,
Whatever gave you happiness recently.
Try to feel the happiness in your body and aura around you.
You.
Let those thoughts raise your vibrations.
Feel the energy raising in your body.
You.
You.
Feel the sensations of happiness in your body.
You.
You.
You.
You.
You.
You.
Let's do some guided gratitude and self-law meditation for a few more minutes.
Bring your consciousness to the chest area where your heart is.
Open that area.
Open your heart to receive the divine love.
Visualize that you're just opening a door which is on your chest.
It opens to the divine mother.
Focus on your breath.
On each inhale tell yourself,
I am worthy.
Inhale,
I am worthy.
As you exhale,
I am enough.
I am worthy.
I am enough.
These two statements give us self-love,
Self-acknowledgement.
Not seeking any acceptance from others.
Once we accept we are enough.
We don't seek validation from others.
I am worthy.
I am enough.
I am worthy.
I am enough.
As you inhale visualize that your heart is filled with the divine love.
It provides the safe and secured connection to divine mother.
It provides that worthiness of our life in this human body.
As you exhale,
Acknowledge that I am enough.
Release all that no longer serve you.
As you recite this,
I am worthy.
I am enough.
Observe how you feel.
Notice the feelings in your mind and the body.
Any part of this meditation,
Any emotions rise up,
Let them be.
It could be happy or sad or it could be some purge you are letting it go.
As you accept yourself,
A lot of emotions will roll on.
Any point of the day of your life,
Never curse yourself.
Never be harsh on yourself.
When we don't say things to others,
We can't say to ourselves as well.
Those are things block our self-love.
And let it go.
Open your heart with love and affection.
Love and kindness.
Before another's life,
Let's open ourselves to receive this.
As you have a free breath,
Inhalation,
Imagine the love has been poured into your heart.
Feel the sense of comfort.
The self-love meditation helps you to build a stronger relationship to yourself.

Gently affirm yourself.
You are worthy,
You are enough.
Gently telling your mind,
Meditating on self love allows me to reconnect myself with my heart.
I am worthy of love,
Especially my own.
Gently take few breaths,
Allowing yourself to settle this love in your body and in your heart.
So we take few moments to seek forgiveness if we hurt anyone.
In your mind,
Don't have to recall the situations.
Just tell yourself,
Seek forgiveness.
If I knowingly,
Unknowingly hurt anyone,
Please forgive me.
I genuinely seek forgiveness for the hurt I caused.
And I forgive anybody who is seeking forgiveness from me.
Bring some minimum three gratitude situations in your mind.
What are you grateful for?
If nothing pops up,
You can tell I am grateful for this life,
Grateful for the family,
Grateful for the food provided to me and I am able to breathe without any assistance.
Whatever comes up,
Genuinely be grateful for the top three things you want to show your gratitude to.
Take few moments to show your gratitude.
