This meditation helps you to cleanse your 7 chakras with mindful breathing and color visualization. As we start the new year, let's use this meditation to cleanse for a great year ahead. While you use this guided meditation, please make sure your back is straight and not distracted for 30/40 minutes

Let's get started.

Be comfortable wherever you are sitting.

Today's meditation,

Let's do some quick chakra balancing and then do some quietening mind meditation today.

As you sit comfortably,

Adjust your posture.

The posture is not important but try to be still to the next 20-30 minutes of our meditation.

If possible,

Keep your back straight where the energy flows naturally.

Take a deep long breath up to your belly and then slowly let it go through your nose.

Take a deep long breath and then let all the air go through your mouth all at once.

Let's do that couple of times.

Just breathe normally but deep breaths.

Take a deep long breath into your belly and slowly let it go through your nose.

Just be an observer.

Don't try to change the breath.

Don't alter it.

Let it be a deep breathing.

Keep monitoring your breathing for few seconds then let it go.

Let every breath relax you.

Let every breath bring peace and calmness into your mind and physical body.

Try to observe your breathing by concentrating on tip of your nose where air comes into your body and air leaves your body.

As you monitor your breathing,

You slowly observe your thoughts are reduced or in the process of reducing.

As soon as your mind wanders,

Gently bring it back,

Its attention to your breathing,

To the tip of your nose.

Let's practice together for few minutes without any instructions.

Let the breathing become so subtle.

You don't feel it by observing it consciously you know the air is coming in and leaving your body.

Breathe in,

Breathe out.

While you are settling into the meditation,

Getting deeper into peaceful state,

Do a quick body scan to see if any part of your body hurts or you're carrying stress in those.

Breathe into that part,

Relax so that your attention will not be deviated.

If you need to do any adjustments,

Please do so.

Start from your toes,

Ankles,

Calves,

Knees,

Thighs,

Pelvic area,

Tummy,

Back,

Chest,

Upper back,

Throat,

Neck,

Face.

Top of your head.

Drop your shoulders,

Let them be limp and loose.

Let the tension go between your jaws,

Around the eyes.

These are the places we hold most of our stress and tension.

Any thoughts come through during the meditation,

Just be an observer.

Being an observer you let go those thoughts quickly.

Don't attach,

Let them be like passing clouds.

Breathe in,

Breathe out.

Inhale.

Exhale.

As many thoughts pop up,

Bring your mind's attention back to your breathing by observing your nostrils,

Tip of your nose.

Let go all questions,

All the worries,

Any physical pain,

Any psychological pain,

Any stories we told ourselves which is causing us the pain.

Just let them be where they are.

Let's not touch anything which is going to cause us the disturbance.

While you're settling down,

Bring some happy thoughts into your consciousness.

Let the happiness vibrate your entire body.

Feel the happiness within you.

Let the thoughts be where they are.

Let those thoughts be where they are.

Bring your attention back to your breathing.

Observing the tip of your nose.

Observing the breathing is like homecoming.

Wherever your mind wanders,

Gently bring it back to your breathing.

But doing this we observe the quietness and peace within our mind.

Initially you might have patches for a few seconds.

But paying attention to your breathing,

You expand that for longer times.

Let's visualize the white light coming from the top of your head,

Penetrating through your body.

So take a deep breath when the white light penetrates through you.

Let it pass from the top of your head through your third eye,

In between your eyebrows,

Through your throat,

Heart,

Solar plexus,

Sacrum,

To the base,

To Mother Earth.

Expand this white light to protect you.

Create a bubble.

Let it be inside that bubble.

Let's lock it in with love and compassion.

Let's put an intention,

Only love and compassion comes through this white bubble,

Nothing else.

Any negativity dotted at us externally or internally,

Let the white light ground it to Mother Earth,

So that we can cleanse our external and internal psyche system.

Just continue breathing normally without any alteration,

While the white light cleanses all your chakras and optimizes its performances.

Let's breathe in,

Breathe out,

Breathe in,

Breathe out.

Let's continue breathing by observing your nostrils,

Tip of your nose.

While you observe your breathing,

A lot of healing happens to us through the white light and conscious breathing.

Just let go all the thoughts,

Let go all the things which are worrying you.

Let go all the thoughts,

All the questions,

All the negative self-talk we do with ourselves,

The stories we tell ourselves.

Let them go,

Let the white light take it to the ground.

Let every breath cleanse you,

Heal you,

Align yourself to the life's purpose.

Inhale,

Exhale.

Inhale,

Exhale.

Inhale,

Exhale.

Just visualize the red light,

Red color on the base where you are sitting.

Visualize the spinning wheel.

Let the red light,

Red color be a lubricant for the spinning wheel which optimizes your base chakra.

Let go all the questions,

Uncertainties.

Breathe into your base area while the red light,

Red color cleanses you and optimizes you.

Bring your attention to your tummy.

Visualize a yellow color.

Let the yellow color cleanse you.

Optimize.

Bring your attention just above your navel or your belly button.

Spill out your lungs.

Visualize the amber color or orange color.

Let the orange color cleanse and optimize all the organs around that area.

Let any impurities held in that area be taken to the Mother Earth.

As you cleanse the lower chakras,

You feel empowered,

You feel positive.

Let go all the lower level vibrations.

Bring your attention to your chest area.

Visualize an aqua green color or a pink color.

Pour the love into yourself.

Let the pink or aqua green color cleanse and bring all the universal love into you.

Let's absorb this love into us so that we can enable and distribute this love to everyone around us.

Let's get ourselves some self-care,

Self-love through this green or pink color.

Bring the attention to your throat area.

Visualize a blue color.

Let the throat chakra cleanse and optimize.

Let's clear any blocks we might have.

It's been accumulated for a long time.

Unexpressed views.

Want to say so many things but we can't.

Let the blue color cleanse and clear any blocks.

Let's bring the attention to your third eye area.

Just about the above and in between two eyebrows in your temple area.

Visualize a purple color.

Let the purple color cleanse you.

Open up your intuition,

Connection to the divine.

And guide you towards your life's purpose and the path.

Let the purple color show us the path.

Correct us when we deviate from our life's path.

Bring sources,

People who can guide us through that.

Open ourselves to receive those messages,

Those nudges,

Those directions.

Which is for greater good of course.

Bring your attention to your crown chakra on top of your head.

Visualize a gold or a white light which is connecting to divine energy.

Imagine where all the devices which are connected to the Wi-Fi access points.

We need to get our signals from the divine energy which guides us every step of the way.

With doing the chakra cleansing,

Your connection will become clearer.

Any blocks will be removed.

We will become more peaceful,

More in tune to our life purpose.

Makes us happy whatever we do.

Just sit in with this totally cleansed healing and connection to divine.

Feel the divine energy and frequencies you are connecting into.

Let's remove all the resistance so that we don't block ourselves receiving the divine energy,

Divine messages,

Divine guidance.

Open ourselves.

Just absorb this peace and calmness.

With this state of mind.

Let's send it to our partners,

Pets,

The situations we are dealing with.

To our workplace where we work.

Let all the blocks remove.

Let's send this healing,

Happy,

Calm,

Peaceful energy to extended family members,

Their pets,

Work colleagues,

Their families.

Let's send this to everyone without any judgment whether they deserve or not to deserve.

Let's send it to anyone who might need this peace,

Calmness and healing energy so that they can be healed whatever they are going through.

Bring the energies back to yourself.

Within the white light bubble.

Let this protect you from any external or internal negative talk.

Any unwanted energies.

Let's bless and release all that doesn't belong to us.

Bless and release all that doesn't serve us.

So that moving forward we carry what we are meant to do.

What we are destined to receive.

Whatever experiences we need to go through.

Let's put an intention to be gentle on us,

Gentle on our people around us.

So that we move forward towards our life purpose.

Bring your attention to your toes.

Your fingers,

Start wiggling them,

Rub your hands and place them on your eyes.

Contemplate the meditation what you've gone through for past few minutes.
