Hi,

It's JJ.

Welcome to Day 7 of our 21-Day Meditation Challenge for Weight Loss.

Congratulations on reaching the end of your first week.

Today's meditation is all about reflecting on your progress,

Celebrating your achievements,

And cultivating gratitude for the journey so far.

Find a comfortable seated position,

Either in a chair or on a cushion.

Allow your spine to be straight but relaxed,

And rest your hands gently on your knees or in your lap.

Close your eyes and take a deep breath in through your nose.

Fill in your lungs completely.

Hold a breath for a moment,

Then exhale slowly through your mouth,

Releasing any tension.

Repeat this two more times,

Each time feeling more relaxed and centered.

Now,

Bring your awareness to the journey you have undertaken over the past week.

Reflect on the moments of mindfulness you have experienced,

The challenges you have faced,

And the progress you have made.

Think about the small victories,

Whether it was a day where you made a healthy choice,

A moment when you feel more connected to your body,

Or simply the fact that you showed up for yourself each day.

As you reflect,

Allow yourself to feel proud of your effort.

Acknowledge the hard work you have put in,

And recognize that every step you have taken has brought you closer to your goal.

Now,

Shift your focus to gratitude.

Begin by bringing to mind something or someone you are grateful for this week.

It could be a supportive friend,

A healthy meal you enjoyed,

Or even a moment of peace and clarity.

As you focus on this feeling of gratitude,

Notice how it expands within you and fill your heart and mind with warmth.

Let this feeling of gratitude extend to yourself.

Thank yourself for your dedication,

Your commitment,

And your willingness to grow.

Silently repeat,

I am grateful for this journey,

And I honor the progress I have made.

Allow this sense of gratitude to deepen with each breath,

With your heart full of gratitude.

Now,

Take a moment to set an intention for the upcoming week.

Consider how you want to continue your journey,

And what goals you would like to focus on,

And how you can bring even more mindfulness into your daily life.

Silently repeat your intention and letting it resonate throughout your entire being.

Feel this intention becoming a guiding light for the week ahead.

Now,

Let's take a final deep breath in and filling your body with the energy and positivity you have cultivated today,

And bringing your awareness back to the present moment.

Gently wiggle your fingers and toes.

Stretch if you need to.

When you are ready,

Open your eyes,

Feeling grounded,

Grateful,

And ready to continue your journey with renewed purpose.

Thank yourself to take this time to reflect and appreciate your progress.
