Let's begin by settling.

Let the day melt behind you.

Let your breath soften the edges.

Find a shape that you can surrender into.

Rest your hands.

Maybe one on your heart,

One on your belly.

Just feel that connection with yourself today.

Take a deep breath in,

And as you exhale,

Shoulders relax.

Feel your body become supported.

Connect with your breath.

Feel the rise and fall of your belly.

As you inhale and exhale,

Breathe in slow and steady.

Exhale with a gentle sigh.

Let go.

Again,

Inhale,

And exhale.

Let yourself arrive.

This sacred space that you're creating for yourself today,

This space is your becoming.

For the unseen alchemy of growth,

You've been walking through change.

You've said goodbye to things,

Some softly,

Some with an ache.

Maybe you've let go of a role,

A relationship,

A dream that no longer fits.

Maybe a season has closed.

Maybe you didn't get a chance to say goodbye.

Take a breath here,

My friend.

You've learned so much.

Allow yourself to pause,

Considering these endings.

You've felt the stretch of becoming,

The breaking open,

The stillness after the storm.

And now,

Here with me today,

I invite you to let go with love.

Not with urgency.

Not with shame.

But with reverence.

I invite you here today,

With me,

To let go with love.

Take a deep breath in.

Exhale through your mouth.

Again,

Deep breath in.

Fill your body.

Exhale,

Let it go.

Let go of what was.

As you sit here in this quiet and sacred space that you've created,

Know that you've already gathered the wisdom within you.

You've lived the lessons,

And you don't need to hold it anymore.

Letting go isn't forgetting.

It's honoring.

It's saying,

Thank you for what you gave me.

Thank you for who you helped me become.

And then gently,

Setting it down.

You've earned this new beginning.

Not because you rushed or forced it.

Because you stayed.

You stayed in this sacred space.

You stayed present in the unraveling.

You let life shape you.

Sometimes they arrive quietly,

Like a gentle fog.

The new beginnings arrive in the pause.

In the breath.

In the moment that you decide,

I'm ready.

You don't have to know the whole path.

You only need to listen to the next true step.

The one that feels like yes.

The one that feels like freedom.

Place both hands over your heart now.

Feel that gentle rhythm.

It's your signal that you are still here.

Still becoming.

Still beautifully alive.

Feel your heartbeat.

Repeat softly,

Out loud,

Or in your mind.
