Greetings and welcome to today's meditation from the Return,
Release,
Become collection.
The integration of victory.
Take a breath,
Breath that does not reach forward or backward.
A breath that allows you to just land right here.
It allows you to feel your body.
As it is right now.
Not as it should be.
And not as it was.
Notice.
The simple fact.
Of your presence.
You are here.
Or if there are parts of you that are still alert,
Still gamming,
Still waiting for something to go wrong,
Acknowledge them gently.
You might say inwardly,
I see you.
We don't have to brace anymore.
We are integrating.
Allow those parts to stay close,
To be included and not dismissed.
And if it feels okay to do so.
And fight the quality of cell.
Or feels most like quiet authority.
Not effort,
Not striving,
Just truth.
Steadiness.
And embody presence.
This practice is not about coherence as performance.
It is about truth.
It is about being.
It is about wholeness.
That does not require approval.
You have returned what was never yours to carry.
You have gathered back?
All the parts of you that were scattered,
The energy.
The efforts.
The mental drain.
Your strength.
Your being.
You gave it a bounce.
Now we're going to allow your system to live from what remains.
To live from what was returned.
Bring your attention to your center.
Wherever you sense that in your body.
Your stomach,
Your chest.
Your shoulder,
Your toe.
Doesn't matter.
Wherever you send,
Be sent.
The sensor of your body is.
Allow your attention to go there.
And just notice how it feels.
To inhabit yourself without apology.
To be with yourself.
Without having to apologize for being.
Not defending,
Not explaining.
Just simply genius.
Let your awareness widen.
To include your whole internal body.
Meredity.
Your parts,
Your protectors,
Your young ones,
Your wiser ones,
Your fiery ones.
Notice how they are now.
You may sense relief.
Or curiosity.
Or question.
Maybe even some softness.
All are welcome.
They inwardly,
We are here together.
No one?
Is being left behind.
No one was left behind.
We are.
Together.
And allow that to land.
And I invite you just to allow that.
To just be with you.
Allow it to land where it needs to.
Feel into your spine.
Not as a channel of effort,
But as a line of integrity.
A living structure.
That knows how to hold you upright in your own truth.
And just allow this integrity to spread outwards.
Into your shoulders,
Into your chest,
Into your belly.
Won't you a hit?
Into your leg.
Upward even to your head.
To your brain.
Feel how your body organizes itself when it is not carrying what never belonged to it.
Notice.
The quality of present that emerges.
This is not confidence that you put on.
This is so acceptable.
Self-connection.
Self-respect.
While does not act.
For permission.
Allow this just to rant.
Where it needs to.
Let it be an invitation.
To your parts.
Confidence is not something used to put on.
We're inviting you to self-acceptance.
Self-connection,
Self-respect.
To be.
Without apology.
Allow yourself to send forward energy.
Into your life.
Not imagining your tasks or roles.
Just sensing yourself moving through the world from this place.
Of self-connection,
Self-response,
Self-acceptance.
Of being.
Without apology.
And notice while you stand,
While you speak,
While you choose,
While you rest,
While you move through life.
No wouldn't it.
Notice what you no longer negotiate away.
Notice what you invite into your space,
Into your being.
Notice the things that you're willing to step into.
With boldness.
With confidence.
With courage.
With connection.
With curiosity.
With clarity.
Noted.
But if it feels okay and well enough to do so,
I invite you to say inwardly,
I live from what is true for me.
And see how that is received.
I live from what is true for me.
We live from what is true for us.
Allow your system to register those statements.
Is an invitation.
They have choice.
And if any parts.
React.
Include their reaction.
Consider their reaction.
Explore their reaction.
If they have suggestions to make the statement even truer.
Incorporate the reaction.
No convincing is required.
No,
No debating.
No arguing.
No forcing.
Just inviting.
And when that feels well enough.
Bring your attention to your heart space.
Not as a sentiment.
But as connection.
Connection to yourself.
Connection to your internal community.
Connectedness.
To your aliveness,
Being in connection.
To aliveness.
Allow compassion to move naturally here.
We're not talking about forced humanness.
We're not talking about self-improvement.
Just the warmth of being with yourself as you are.
And you might say inwardly,
I am allowed to be who I am.
I belong to myself.
And just notice how your body responds to that.
How it responds to the permission.
I am allowed.
To be who I am.
I belong to myself.
This is not an ending.
This is a beginning that does not need to announce itself.
You are not rising to prove anything.
You are living.
You are inhabiting your life with integrity.
You are celebrating.
Your remarkable self.
Not as a concept,
But as a lived reality.
Take a breath.
Let this way of being settle into your nervous system.
Into your cells,
Into your bones.
It does not need to be held tightly.
It knows how to stay.
It doesn't have to be forced to comply.
It desires to be with you.
To support you.
And when you are ready,
Allow your awareness to widen.
Just a little bit more.
Feel the room around you.
Feel your body here and now.
You can open your eyes when it feels right.
And the invitation is to carry this embodied truth forward with you as you go into your day.
As you are being.
As you are connecting,
As you are living.
As you are embracing the liveness.
