Creating space to connect with your truth and embrace it with compassion.
Honesty with yourself is the foundation of living authentically.
Let's take this time to gently explore and strengthen this connection.
Begin by sitting comfortably.
Close your eyes and take a deep breath in and release it slowly.
Allow your breath to flow naturally,
Softly,
And steadily.
With each exhale,
Imagine yourself becoming more grounded and present.
Ask yourself,
Where in my life am I not being fully honest with myself?
Allow any thoughts or feelings to arise and just observe them.
Imagine shining a gentle light on these truths,
Acknowledging them without judgment.
Say to yourself,
I am strong enough to face my truth and embrace it with compassion.
And allow that message to go throughout your body.

Observe what comes up for you.
Where in your body you may be noticing reactions,
Sensations,
And just note it.
Release in thankfulness and appreciation for those parts of you that are showing you that they have something to say,
Something to share with you around self-honesty.
Let them know that you are curious to learn more.
Reminding them and saying to yourself,
I am strong enough to face my truth and embrace it with compassion.
And when you're ready,
Take a deep breath in,
Feeling gratitude for your willingness to explore your inner truth.
Exhale,
Letting go of any resistance that may have arisen as you sat with self-honesty.
Releasing,
Again,
Thankfulness,
Gratitude,
And appreciation for the parts of you that allowed you to know that they had something to say,
That they wanted to share,
That they wanted to weigh in on this.
And when they have accepted your appreciation and gratitude,
And it feels right to you,
You may open your eyes and carry this sense of honesty,
Self-honesty,
With you into the rest of your day.
