Take a few centering breaths,

When you feel centered,

Activities,

People,

Places or ideas that uplift you and make you come alive.

Get quiet to detect what calls to your spirit,

What feels inspiring and energizing,

Even if you haven't made space for it.

Make a mental list of three to four passions.

Now contemplate your core values,

Principles or qualities important to you regardless of external rewards.

Maybe values like learning,

Creativity,

Community,

Integrity.

See if a few resonate as guiding forces to who you are or aim to be.

Next,

Reflect on your talents and strengths.

What skills,

Attributes or facets of yourself feel most authentic and life-giving when expressed?

What do you have to offer this world via your strengths?

Name a few gifts you possess.

Expand your attention wider to envision your purpose.

If you could make any positive difference through how you live,

Create and relate,

What would you choose?

Let possibilities wash over you.

What intentions for contributing or healing speak most from your soul?

When you feel ready to close your meditation,

Set an intention for one step you can take to better know or embody your truth.

Choose one act called for from this self-inquiry.

Carry it with you.

Inhale renewed energy.

Exhale anything no longer serving you.

Open your eyes with greater sense of understanding and vision for the life wishes your heart holds.
