Manifestation is based on The Law of Attraction. It is the process of our thoughts, beliefs & emotions coming into our physical reality. The word 'manifestation' means to create something from an idea into a reality. What does manifestation mean to you?

Welcome to today's meditation.

We are now going to focus on our breath.

Please close your eyes when you are ready and make sure that you are in a comfortable position.

Breathe in through your nose and out through your mouth during this meditation.

In today's meditation we are going to reflect on the process of manifestation.

The term law of attraction first originated in 1906 when William Walker Atkinson released his book The Law of Attraction in the Thought World.

Manifestation is based on the law of attraction and it is the process of creating the life that you want to live.

Breathe in through your nose and out through your mouth.

Napoleon Hill describes manifestation as you are the master of your destiny.

You can influence,

Direct and control your own environment.

You can make your life what you want it to be.

It is natural for your mind to wander.

Just come back to your breath each time.

Everything in the universe is made up of energy.

The law of attraction states that like attracts like.

A high frequency vibration attracts high frequency vibrations back to it and a low frequency vibration attracts a low vibration back to it.

Our thoughts,

Emotions and feelings are made up of energy.

Different emotions have different frequencies.

When we understand the link between our thoughts,

Our emotions and our behavioural patterns we can begin to understand the power of manifestation.

Breathe in deeply through your nose and exhale deeply through your mouth.

I want you to reflect on the following.

I am going to focus on how I want to feel and everything else in my life will come.

Neuroplasticity is our brain's ability to change,

Reorganise and form new neural pathways.

This allows us to let go of limiting beliefs,

Negative thought patterns and anything else that is blocking us from manifesting what we want into our lives.

You can continue to meditate in your own time or you can bring your attention back to your body and when you are ready please open your eyes and come back into the room.
