Take a deep breath in.
And embrace the smell of the earth.
The air.
Just ahead of you.
At the edge of the forest.
You notice a clearing.
And there is a pathway,
But Fork's left.
Straight on.
And right.
Today.
You choose to head straight on.
As you walk.
The path opens up.
Into a field of lavender flowers.
That stretch as far as the eye can see.
You notice a figure walking towards you.
And you realise it is you.
It is your true self.
Do you have a question that you need an answer to?
Bring it to mind.
Ask your true self that question now.
And allow them to give you the answer you have been searching for.
Whatever your true self tells you first.
Is exactly the answer you need.
Don't change the narrative.
Just allow it to be.
You Your true self reaches out their hands.
Hold them now.
And thank them for their wisdom.
Your true self has one more message for you now.
As they hold you closer.
It's going to be okay.
With the birds and the bees.
And the field of lavender flowers all around you.
You feel clarity.
Safety.
Breathe it in now.
