Take a deep breath in with me and let yourself arrive.

You have arrived,
Not somewhere out there,
But here,
Right now,
In this moment.
Take another breath in through the nose and exhale slowly through the mouth.
Feel your body responding,
Softening.
Inhale deeply.
Exhale,
Let it go.
There is no destination,
There is only presence.
This breath,
This beat of your heart,
This stillness between thoughts.
Notice what is already here.
Notice you.
The being who is always been underneath all the doing.
You don't have to perform,
You don't have to try,
You don't have to prove.
You are allowed to just be fully,
Freely,
Now.
Feel into your feet,
Whether they are grounded on the earth or resting on the floor.
Feel the support beneath you.
You are held.
Bring your awareness slowly upward to your legs,
Your hips,
Your belly.
No need to change anything,
Just notice what is alive here.
Feel the breath in your ribs,
Expanding with life.
Softening with release.
Bring your awareness to your chest,
To your heart.
Can you feel its quiet rhythm?
The silent drum that carries you through every season of life.
Breathe into that space now.
Let your breath meet your heart.
Feel your shoulders drop,
Your jaw unclench,
Your mind settle.
Allow yourself to go deeper now,
Into the river of stillness beneath your thoughts.
It's always been there.
You are just remembering how to float.

That is okay.
Just come back to this breath,
To this sound,
To this presence.
This moment doesn't need your effort.
It needs your surrender.
Let yourself be breathed.
There is nothing to control.
You are safe.
You are held.
You are enough.
Feel the energy in your hands.
The tingling in your fingertips.
The aliveness of your body as you become fully present.
Now bring your hands to your heart and gently whisper to yourself,
I am here.
I am present.
And in this moment,
I have everything I need.
Presence is your portal back to truth,
To power,
To peace.
Every time you return to the now,
You remember who you truly are.
Let yourself rest here now.
No effort.
No rush.
Just presence.
There may be thoughts floating by,
Emotions rising,
Or even memories surfacing.
Just let them move like clouds across the sky.
You don't need to grab them.
You don't need to label them.
Let presence do the healing.
Let this moment hold you.
Breathe in slowly now.
Attention away.
Every inhale,
Taking in peace.
Now begin to make a small movement on your fingers and your toes.
Perhaps roll your shoulders gently.
Come back to your body with care.
Let this presence come with you.
Let it walk with you through every conversation,

Too loud.
Too soft.
