Welcome beautiful soul.

This is your sacred moment to return to yourself,

To soften,

To breathe and to remember the truth.

You are love.

You don't have to do anything right now.

You don't have to fix anything.

Just be.

With your breath,

Your body,

Your presence.

Take a deep breath in and exhale softly through the mouth.

Again,

Breathe in deeply and exhale letting your shoulders drop,

Letting your whole being begin to melt into this moment.

You're safe now.

Gently close your eyes if you haven't already and bring your awareness inward.

There's nowhere else you need to be,

Nothing you need to prove.

Now in your mind's eye,

Begin to visualize yourself standing barefoot on the earth.

Maybe it's soft soil,

Warm sand or cool ancient forest ground beneath your feet.

Feel the texture beneath your toes.

Feel the support,

The stillness,

The presence of the earth.

She welcomes you.

No judgment,

No expectation,

Just love.

Take a breath in through your nose and as you exhale,

Feel yourself arriving fully in your body.

Now feel the ground beneath you,

The support of the earth holding you gently.

Imagine roots growing from the soles of your feet and from the base of your spine.

These roots stretch down,

Down,

Deep into the earth,

Anchoring you,

Nourishing you,

Holding you.

Let yourself feel grounded.

Let yourself feel supported.

Now bring your awareness slowly to the top of your head and gently begin to scan your body from head to toe.

No judgment,

Just love.

Soften your forehead,

Relax your jaw,

Unclench your teeth,

Let your eyes rest.

Drop into your shoulders,

Let them release any weight they have been carrying.

Melt the tension in your neck.

Breathe into your chest,

Into your heart,

Into your belly.

Feel the rise and fall of your breath like waves coming home to shore.

Now bring both hands over your heart center.

Feel the warmth,

Feel your heartbeat,

Steady,

Alive,

Wise.

Breathe into this space and gently repeat in your mind,

I am safe.

It's safe to open my heart.

With every breath,

Imagine your heart opening like a flower blooming in slow motion,

Petal by petal,

Breath by breath.

Let the love inside of you begin to expand.

You don't need to search for it.

It's already here.

You are it.

Feel this love spread from your heart into your chest,

Your shoulders,

Your arms,

Down your spine,

Your hips,

Your legs,

All the way into your feet.

You are love,

Rooted in the earth,

Glowing from within,

Open,

Radiant,

Whole.

Let yourself rest in this energy.

Let your breath move gently through your body,

Soft and slow.

There's nothing to hold on to,

Nothing to rush.

This space,

This grounded love is always available to you,

Just one breath away.

Now begin to gently bring your awareness back to your body.

Wiggle your fingers and toes.

Sway your spine gently.

Feel the ground beneath you again.

Notice how your heart feels now.

Notice how your breath feels.

And give thanks to yourself for showing up,

For listening,

For returning to your own love.

Take one last deep breath in,

And exhale with a soft smile.

You are love,

And you are so,

So love.

Take this moment with you,

And let your day be guided not by the noise of the world,

But by the quiet wisdom of your heart.

And remember,

You are love,

You are the medicine.

You are the miracle you have been waiting for.
