Welcome back,
My love.
Today,
I'm recording in the daytime with the sounds of the jungle all around me.
If you hear bamboo creaking,
Birds singing,
Insects buzzing,
That's the heartbeat of my motherland.
This is where I live.
This is where I heal.
And this is where I'm inviting you to journey with me today.
So let the natural sounds hold you.
Let them wash over you.
Let yourself melt into the rhythm of this place.
As if you are lying on the forest floor with your cheek against the roots and the earth is whispering secrets to you.
Today's meditation is not just a visualization,
It's emerging,
A remembering.
You are stepping into the jungle of your own soul and I'm right here with you.
Let's begin.
Close your eyes.
Take a slow breath in and let it out gently.
As you breathe,
Feel your rhythm singing with the rhythm of this place.
The bamboo swaying,
The leaves whispering,
The sharp,
High-pitched song of the crickets rising in the air.
There is wisdom in this sound.
There is grounding in this moment.
There is no rush.
Now I want you to imagine you are standing at the edge of a lush,
Untamed jungle.
The light filters through the trees like gold.
It's wide,
Alive and ancient.
Before you is a glowing doorway,
Not built by man,
But shaped by vines,
Roots and breath.
This is the portal into your new path,
The one that doesn't begin with pressure,
But with presence.
Place your hand on your heart and whisper to yourself,
I'm ready now.
The doorway opens and you step through.
Beneath your feet is a soft path,
Part earth,
Part stardust.
The air is thick with life,
But instead of overwhelming you,
It soothes you.
You feel your body slow.
You feel your mind soften.
Every step forward is a sacred choice.
You are not returning to who you were.
You are walking toward who you truly are.
All the expectations,
All the masks,
All the surviving patterns,
They fall off like old skin and underneath you feel you.
Up ahead you see a circle of stones.
In the center,
A fire that doesn't burn,
But glows with a quieted golden heat.
Across the flames sits someone.
They are not your future self.
They are not your past self.
They are your timeless self.
The one who has always been there,
Waiting.
They offer you a small flame,
A candle of knowing,
A remembrance.
They don't speak with words,
But you hear them clearly.
You never had to chase the light.
You were the fire all along.
You take the flame and hold it to your heart.
Feel it spread.
Feel it awaken your body,
Your truth,
Your devotion.
Now you rise and walk,
But something is different.
You are no longer walking to proof.
You are no longer walking to escape.
You are walking because you belong.
You belong to this earth,
To this body,
To your purpose.
Let the sounds of the jungle walk with you.
Let them remind you that life is always speaking,
Always inviting you home.
As you return from this journey,
Feel your physical body again,
The weight of your hips,
The rise of your breath.
The sounds scape around you.
Nothing is the same now because you are not the same.
You are the one who said yes,
The one who walked forward with trembling strength,
The one who let go of who they were never meant to be.
And now you walk the new path,
Not in theory,
But in your spine,
In your voice,
In your choices,
In your presence.
My love,
You are never behind.
You are never too much.
You are never too late.
Whenever you forget,
Whenever the world feels heavy again,
Come back to this space,
To this jungle,
To this breath,
To this truth.
Until next time,
Between the breaths.
