A one-hour slow flow for the heart center, moving through gentle backbends and chest openings to release what we carry across the upper body. The pace is unhurried. Shapes are held long enough to feel them, with the breath leading each transition, so the practice builds warmth without rushing. Expect work through the chest, front of the shoulders, upper back, side ribs, and the hip flexors that get short from sitting. Good for days when you feel closed in, heavy through the chest, or braced against something. You finish softer through the front body and easier in the breath. All levels. Props optional: a block or two, a bolster or pillow, a blanket.
