Welcome to Journeying Through the Chakras.
This first meditation is designed to bring peace and relaxation so we can journey together through the chakras.
So let's begin.
Find yourself in a very comfortable position where your breath can move freely in and out.
Find yourself very comfortable where you can allow all the muscles in your body to release and let go.
And in your mind's eye,
Remind yourself of what true peace means and bring that peaceful energy to every part of your body.
From the top of your head to the tips of the toes,
You are finding more peace and more space for relaxation.
The top of your head relaxes and releases.
Your forehead,
The eyes,
The tongue.
Relax your jaw,
Releasing any tension in your throat.
Relax your shoulders and your heart and feel peace moving through your arms,
Extending into your hands and into all ten fingers.
Peaceful energy is moving down into your lower abdomen,
Relaxing all the muscles in your stomach,
All the muscles in your digestive system.
Subtle energies of peace and harmony moving down into the base of your spine,
Into your pelvis and hips,
Moving through the legs,
Circulating around the knees,
Down into the calves,
The ankles,
The feet,
And every toe.
Any tension that you have is being drained out of you right now.
Really give yourself full permission to let go.
Really let go and go deep and drop into that pool of peaceful energy.
You are at peace and yet fully alive and dynamic,
Where you are open and where you feel the joy from the universe pulsing through you.
Once again,
Breathing in,
Inhale and exhale.
I am at peace.
I am at peace.
