Welcome back,
And welcome to day five.
Today,
We are allowing whatever is present to be here.
Sometimes a sense of ease comes not from changing experience,
But it comes from softening around it.
So,
For these next few minutes,
Allow things to be just as they are.
Begin to notice your body.
If you find any areas of tension,
Just see if they can soften just a little.
No need to make it happen,
Just allowing a small release.
Notice your breath,
And with each exhale,
There might be a gentle letting go.
Not pushing anything away,
Just slightly loosening your hold.
If thoughts arise,
See if you can let them pass on through on their own.
Nothing to hold onto,
Nothing to carry.
Rest for a moment in this sense of ease,
Allowing things to be lighter.
Now,
Begin to notice your surroundings again.
The space around you,
The feeling of your body.
Taking a slightly deeper breath,
And gently bring your awareness back.
