A mindfulness teacher with a deep interest in the nature of thought, philosophy, and overcoming adversity. Mario believes that anyone can overcome challenges such as anxiety, low self-esteem, and depression. Moderately deaf and severely sight impaired, life has thrown its fair share of challenges at him. However, these challenges have also been a gift, teaching him firsthand how hardship can be a powerful tool for growth and for deeply understanding human behavior. Having battled and overcome anxiety and depression in his own life, he now has a profound desire to help others do the same. His method differs from that of standard mindfulness teaching. He believes in the power of talking, self-inquiry and integrating mindfulness into your day to day life, rather than as a one-off practice every now and then.

I absolutely loved this course. It teaches you to bring a little more mindfulness to your days, and more, for me, it gave my worrying mind something else to focus on throughout the day. Thank you! So grateful. 🙏

Thank you 🙏 I will be listening to this meditation often. This is a hard lesson for me. I am always concerned about taking care of others and making sure they are happy. I often feel responsible for taking care of others. I need to trust more, let go more, and be. Just beb

I am suffering with chronic sciatica in both legs so this was a very welcome meditation this morning. Thank you so very much!

A short and interesting thought. When you don't name the things you're watching closely, you perceive reality for what it is. Words are necessary to convey experience, but they may not be necessary and even harmful for perceiving new things and observing changes.
