The Good Deeds Game: Daily Kindness Challenges

With Mario Georgiou

A five day experiment in small, real world actions that bring more care, attention, fun, and kindness into your day. Each day you complete one simple challenge, from picking up litter to offering a genuine compliment. These small actions help you step outside your usual routine and notice what happens when you act with more intention. You’ll discover how small acts of kindness can ripple outward and build a sharper eye for everyday opportunities to care. No previous mindfulness experience required, just curiosity and a willingness to take part.

Lesson 1

One Person’s Trash Is Another Person’s Good Deed

Your first challenge is a simple one. and a good place to begin. As you move through your day, you'll be asked to do something specific for the shared space around you. It won't take long, but you might be surprised by what you notice along the way.

Lesson 2

Say It Out Loud

Today's challenge is a social one. As you move through your day, you'll be invited to offer something small to a stranger — something that costs nothing, but might mean more than you'd expect. Pay attention to what happens in the moment, and how it feels on your side of it, too.

Lesson 3

The Art Of Restoration

Today's challenge is an unusual one, and possibly the most rewarding of the course. As you move through your day, you'll be looking for something that's been forgotten, and give it your care. You'll know it when you see it.

Lesson 4

Nature Calls

Today's challenge is a quiet one. You'll be doing something small for the natural world, for something living that won't know it was you, and won't be able to thank you for it. That's kind of the point.

Lesson 5

It's Your Turn

This is the final day of the course, and today there are no instructions. You've spent four days noticing, acting, and paying attention in ways you might not have before. Today, that's enough. Trust what you've gathered this week, and when the moment comes, you'll know what to do.

Mario - This was a very strong growth opportunity for me! You're sincerely spoken words that you have chosen to share with me, have opened and changed my perception in such positive ways! Thank you for the joy of being able to pass along good deeds, without ever knowing how they may affect other's lives. The random acts of kindness, put into motion, facilitates their flow and force to change the course for better tomorrows to enrich those that follow... Many thanks Mario for developing this course. I can only hope I have advanced my findings in ways I'll never know! 🙏

a sweet short course with small and yet big implications for daily life. A favorite picture book in my childhood was “What if everybody did?” The theme was the same, and one that has stuck with me through my 70 years. So very lovely to have taken the course, thank you! 🙏🏼
