As you begin to settle in for sleep, I’d like to invite you to picture a place that feels peaceful and comforting. Maybe it’s somewhere you’ve been before—a quiet beach, a cozy room, a forest with tall trees. Or maybe it’s a place that only exists in your imagination. Either way, let it be somewhere that feels safe… somewhere you can fully relax and just be. This is about creating a kind of inner sanctuary—a space you can return to any time you need it. With each breath, each visit, it may feel more natural, more real… and easier to reach whenever you close your eyes.
