Inhale deeply through your nose.
Hold it for a moment.
And exhale slowly through your mouth.
Let's do that again.
Breathe in.
Hold.
And out.
One more time.
Inhale deeply.
Hold.
And exhale completely.
This is your time to unwind.

Or an imaginary space that exists only in your mind.

Take a moment to visualize this safe place in as much detail as possible.
What is the first image that comes to mind?
Allow it to take shape in your imagination.
As you picture this safe place,
Notice the colors around you.
What hues fill the space?
Are there vibrant greens of nature?
Or soft pastels of a peaceful room?
Let these colors wash over you like a gentle wave of calm.
Now let's explore what you can see in this safe place.
Look around and take in the details.
Are there any objects or elements that stand out?
Perhaps there are flowers blooming.
Trees swaying in the breeze.
Or soft cushions inviting you to sit down.

Let's engage your sense of touch.
Imagine what it feels like to be in this safe space.
Are you sitting on soft grass or warm sand?
