Welcome to this guided meditation to activate your light body.
My name is Manuel Welch,
Creative Light Alchemist and I'm here to support the raising of your frequency and expansion of consciousness.
Your light body is the you that is your truest expression and to activate your light body is to bring more light into your cells that make up your form.
We start this meditation by cording forward our star family and guides of the highest divine light frequencies to step forward and support us as we travel to our light body activation chamber.
Find a comfortable position and taking some deep breaths start feeling your body relax.
Inhaling and exhaling.
Inhaling and exhaling.
With each breath start feeling your body relaxing even more,
Relaxing more and more.
Inhaling,
Exhaling.
Deeper and deeper into relaxation.
Breathing in the unconditional love and support of the divine and exhaling any fears and doubts,
Releasing these to the light.
Inhaling love and exhaling fears.
Feeling a deeper connection to the sensations of energy and may feel like waves or tingling sensations over your body as you are surrounded by your guides at this time.
Keeping your eyes closed using third sight,
Feel the energies from above and below coming together and weaving,
Dancing into an orb which hovers above your heart chakra.
Feel its warmth and see its beautiful colour.
Perhaps yours is pink,
Blue,
Green.
Notice the beautiful transparent hue of this orb.
As your orb starts expanded it bursts open into a million particles that start floating upwards towards the ceiling and beyond into the sky,
Beyond the clouds and into the starry skies of space.
These beautiful particles contain so much warmth and love it is safe to follow them.
They will shield and protect you.
Feel yourself travelling upwards with these beautiful particles.
They are guiding and protecting you and we set our intention to be guided to our light body activation chamber to further support bringing more light into our form.
Travelling within this beam of particles what colour is the sky?
What cloud formations do you notice?
What are you seeing or feeling in the starry skies of space?
Take a look around you and set your intention of meeting your guides they will support you at this time.
Take a couple of minutes to connect knowing you are perfectly safe and protected in this beam of light as you travel to the stars.
Only beings of the highest light frequency that serve the divine light are invited into this space.
Leaning behind a density of form look at your hands and notice the translucent appearance and the outline of the form it's taken.
Perhaps you see white,
Blue,
Gold.
Bring awareness to this energetic form that you have taken on.
Looking at the starry skies arrange you at the twinkling star constellations shining beautifully.
Take a conscious note of anything that drips into your awareness.
Pass no judgement on yourself with what you see or feel around you.
Only allow and receive what is shown.
A magnificent doorway of light appears in front of you.
This doorway will take you to the light body activation chamber.
A guide will step forward to guide you through the doorway to the chamber.
They show themselves themselves in a way that will resonate with you and your consciousness.
Only beings of the highest light can connect with you at this time.
Your guide may take form or you may only feel their energy and presence.

Welcome the connection,
Feel their love and support.
Follow your guide through the doorway onto a rainbow coloured path.
Each step you take leaves a beautiful bright aura footprint and these light beam particles gather around but detect your path back.
At the end of this path there is a beautiful golden chamber.
Your chamber is unique for you.
What does it look like?
What shape has it taken?
A diamond shape,
A dome,
A star?
Do you see symbols or light language?
Your guide opens the door of your chamber and as you walk through you feel waves of love and support surround you.
Your guide gives you something,
Maybe it's a relic,
A gem,
An orb.
It will also absorb the light in the chamber and it will become your personal talisman that you can call upon when you want to feel connected and bring more light into your being.
Enter the chamber.
Inside is a floating bench that you can lie down on.
It is surprisingly soft and weightless and deeply comfortable.
Take a look around this chamber and gently lay down allowing your guide to support light integration that will then be brought into your physical form.
You may experience waves or tingly sensations.
Allow thoughts and sensations to come and go as they please passing no judgments.
Allow these beautiful strands of energetic colours to be woven into your form.
Rest here a while and I will come and guide you back shortly.
