Welcome to this meditative invocation to support the removal of heart chakra interferences.
This is an impactful and powerful invocation to say for a blocked heart chakra and if you are experiencing feelings of loneliness,

The back of our heart chamber is where we store our beliefs and experiences surrounding love.
These interferences impact our ability to allow,
Receive and give unconditional love.
Taking a moment now to centre and settle our energies by sitting comfortably and closing your eyes.
Keeping your eyes closed,
Have your gaze upwards and your tongue to the roof of your mouth.
Breathing deeply and naturally through your nose and I will slowly count down from 10.
With each number settling into a deeper state of relaxation and connection with self.

See this energy centre,
This chakra as an emerald green energy.
Visualise this energy taking shape and becoming an infinity symbol,
A figure of 8.
And as it takes on this movement,
It flows back and forth between the front and back of your heart chamber.
Feeling the energy flowing back and forth,

We set the intention that the interferences are dissolved and any non-serving emotions are released back to the light.
