Show and support my rising awareness so I can see and embrace different perspectives and be with me as I dream a new world into beginning.

I invoke the energies of the South to shed the stories that bind me,
Releasing old beliefs that no longer serve so I can walk and experience this world in beauty and harmony.
Let light surround me and teach me how to shed my past,
Mistaken beliefs and prejudices.

I invoke the winds of the West to release my fears,
Show me the way I create my world through thoughts and feelings so that I create meaning,
Whisper to me the reassurances and encouragement when I have doubts,

Mother Earth below me,
I thank you for being with me.
I thank you for feeling your firmness under my feet and and knowing that you will provide all the elements that I am in need of.
I honour the rhythms and the requirements of all the beings on this planet,
The winged,
The finned,
The furred,
The two-legged,
Four-legged and the creepy crawlies.
I experience your weather and atmosphere,
Your mountains and valleys,
Your rivers and oceans,
All of your geography and I vow to honour the life cycle of all things and to be of service to you.
You are our first mother.
I receive your embrace,
Sense your heartbeat,
See your beauty and just know your unconditional love for me.

Far the sky above,
I thank you for the space and the creative wisdom of the cosmos.
I thank you for each breath as I live within the mystery that is life.
