
Heart Chakra Balancing
This gentle heart chakra meditation is an invitation to soften into the quiet intelligence of your heart. In yogic philosophy, the heart center — Anahata — is the meeting place of earth and sky. It is where our human experience and our higher awareness begin to move in harmony. When this center feels contracted, we may notice guardedness, grief, disconnection, or emotional fatigue. When it is balanced, we experience compassion, steadiness, clarity, and a natural sense of belonging. Through slow breath, subtle awareness, and guided inner sensing, this practice supports the nervous system in shifting from protection to presence. As the breath becomes smooth and spacious, the body begins to settle. As the body settles, the heart gently opens — not through effort, but through safety.
