4–6–8 Breathing Practice
A gentle rhythm to settle the body and quiet the mind. In this practice, we move through a simple breath pattern—inhale for 4, hold for 6, and softly exhale for 8. This extended exhale invites the body to release held tension and return to a state of ease. There is nothing to force here. Just a gradual shifting… from effort to softness, from doing to being. You may begin to notice a sense of steadiness, a quiet clarity, and a deeper connection to your inner rhythm. Come as you are, and let the breath guide you back to yourself.
