Welcome,
Love.
This is your moment to let go of the weight you've been carrying in your body and in your mind.
Right here,
Right now,
There is no pressure,
No deadlines,
No expectations,
Only you,
Your presence,
And the softness waiting to meet you.
Find a comfortable position,
Either sitting or lying down.
Let your body settle into support.
Let this moment be a gift you're giving yourself.
Begin by noticing your body,
Where is it holding pressure?
Maybe your shoulders feel heavy,
Your jaw tight,
Your chest heavy.
Don't try to change it,
Simply notice.
Awareness itself begins the release.
Now imagine that every inhale brings in light and every exhale releases pressure.
See the heaviness leaving your body like steam rising into the air.
Picture a gentle wave of ease washing down from the top of your head through your face and neck,
Flowing into your shoulders,
Arms,
And hands,
Down through your chest and belly,
Hips,
Legs,
And feet.
As the wave flows,
Silently repeat to yourself,
I release what I no longer need.
My body softens.
My body is safe.
Feel yourself becoming lighter,
Softer,
More spacious.
The pressure in your body loosens,
As though knots are untying one by one.
Now bring your awareness to your mind,
That space that often feels so full,
So busy,
So loud.
Notice the weight of your thoughts,
Deadlines,
Worries,
Self-criticism,
Looping conversations.
It's as if your mind is a crowded room with too much clutter.
Now imagine opening a wide window into that room.
Feel fresh air flow in,
Sweeping through the clutter.
Together,
With each breath,
The heaviness begins to lift.
Picture yourself gently taking one heavy thought at a time and placing it outside that window.
A worry about the future,
A regret from the past,
A thought that tells you you're not enough.
One by one,
Place them outside.
With every release,
The room grows lighter.
Silently repeat,
I don't have to solve everything right now.
I release the pressure to have all the answers.
Peace is available to me in this moment.
Now imagine your mind as a calm library.
The books of your thoughts remain,
But they rest neatly on the shelves.
You can choose which book to open.
You no longer have to read them all at once.
You are the caretaker of your mind,
Not the victim of its noise.
Repeat silently,
My mind is spacious.
My thoughts do not control me.
I create room for clarity and calm.
I release the weight of overthinking.
Notice how your forehead relaxes,
Your face softens,
Your mind feels less like a storm and more like a gentle breeze.
And if new thoughts rise,
Let them float by like leaves drifting on a stream.
You don't need to chase them.
You are the awareness,
Steady and calm,
Watching them pass.
You've released pressure from your body,
You've lightened the load of your mind.
Take one last moment to feel this truth.
You don't need to push,
You don't need to prove.
Peace is here,
Already within you.
When you're ready,
Gently bring yourself back into the room.
Wiggle your fingers and toes,
And as you open your eyes,
Carry this calm with you,
Knowing that whenever the weight returns,
You have the power to release it.
