Let your breath slow.

Feel your body arrive.

Start by imagining a soft light surrounding you.

A gentle glow that wraps around your entire body,

Like a protective cocoon.

This is your energetic shield.

Nothing heavy or harmful can pass through.

Only love.

Only truth.

Only what serves.

Now bring your awareness to your feet.

Feel them soften,

Open.

From the soles,

Imagine strong,

Red roots stretching deep.

They reach down,

Down,

Down into the earth,

Wrapping around ancient stone,

Anchoring you in deep,

Unshakable support.

Let anything that's not yours drain out through the roots.

Let it go.

Let the earth hold it for you.

Now above you,

See a pillar of radiant white light pouring in through the crown of your head,

Filling your body with peace,

Clarity,

And strength.

You are connected.

You are clear.

Call your energy back,

Any place it's scattered.

Whisper,
