Sing: Feel Your Body Breathe
This is an invitation if it feels right for you to turn towards the breath, right now, our constant companion. Breathing is always happening in the present moment. If we are in touch with the breath, we are in touch with the present moment. We can return to the breath, an anchor, to steady us at any time. Join in with melody, follow a harmony line, hum along and feel the natural vibrations ripple through your body or just put your hand on your chest or lower abdomen and feel your breath moving your body from inside - whatever feels right for you in this moment. 'Put your hand on your heart and feel your body breathe, breathe in, breathe out'.
