Sing your way to mindfulness and well-being. Lyndsay has always used singing to support her own well-being. Here she focuses on combining all the benefits of mindfulness with the proven benefits of singing. These mindful melodies are designed to be very short, very simple and crucially memorable. By repeating them, they will settle within you and can be used as a song in your pocket, something you can return to, to support well-being, anytime, anywhere. Join in with the melody, follow a simple harmony or just hum along and feel the natural vibrations, whatever feels right for you in this moment. Lyndsay is passionate about supporting others to use singing as a pathway to mindfulness. Check out her live sessions where she teaches and shares her mindful melodies. No singing or musical experience is needed as all songs shared are taught by ear and are easy to learn and remember. The sessions provide an opportunity to pause and re-connect with your natural voice whilst supporting your own well-being - mind, body and spirit. Hope to sing with you soon. Lyndsay is a qualified teacher and has undertaken further study in Mindfulness and Sound Therapy. She has completed the Certificate in Song Therapy Skills accredited by Complementary Health Professionals (CHP) and is also a member of the Natural Voice Network.
