Inspired by a traditional Tibetan saying 'Body like mountain; breath like wind; mind like sky'. This is an invitation to connect to our body, breath, heart and mind through the use of metaphors linked to nature. When still, the body is like a mountain - grounding, giving strength, stability and presence. The breath is like the wind - constantly moving, freely coming and going. The heart is like the sun - giving energy and warmth, soothing and healing. The mind is like the clear blue sky, expansive, spacious and open. If we can allow ourselves to pause, we can feel our connection with the natural world and come back to the present moment. Join in with the melody, follow a harmony or just hum along and feel the vibrations resonate throughout your body, whatever feels best for you in this moment. ‘Body like a mountain, breath like the wind, heart like the sun, mind like the clear, blue sky’.
