This is an invitation to recognise the need to slow down, breathe and rest. We spend our days planning things to do, time to do this, time to do that. Let’s make time for ourselves to simply breathe and rest. Even just a minute, can make all the difference. Repeating this 'mindful melody' will settle within you and can be used as a song in your pocket, something you can return to, anytime, anywhere. Join in with the melody, follow a harmony line, or just hum along and feel the natural vibrations resonate through your body- whatever feels right for you at this moment. Time to … breathe. Time to … flow. Time to … let go. Time to … rest.
