Find your comfortable resting position.

Make any adjustments to support your body's rest and relaxation.

Once you've settled,

Start to slow down and deepen your breath.

Become aware of your body,

Softening any tension or holding.

Allow your whole body to be heavy,

Sinking into the bed beneath you.

Breathing deeper and deeper as you prepare for sleep.

I live in service to my well-being,

Prioritizing my mental,

Emotional,

Physical,

And spiritual health above all else.

I advocate for what nourishes and uplifts me,

While guiltlessly releasing what no longer feeds my peace,

Although I know it wasn’t the purpose to fall asleep to this guided meditation, this was the exactly what I needed after lying awake all night with my tinnitus and jolting pain in my ear, jaw and neck, running down my spine (I’ve had radiotherapy and chemo and I’m grateful for still being alive but the treatment came with some lifelong assurances for me to take it easy - these are a few of them) I will definitely keep this in my playlist and thank you so much for sharing it with us on insight timer! May you be safe, healthy, happy and peaceful ✨🙏✨
