Transcript

Welcome to your five minute meditation,

A gentle pause,

The theme of grounding through the breath.

Take a moment to gently arrive in this space,

Letting your eyes softly close or lower your gaze.

Begin by noticing the rhythm of your breath.

No need to change it.

Just observe.

Inhale,

Exhale,

Feel the breath moving in and out like waves.

Notice where you feel it most clearly.

Maybe it's your nose or your chest or your belly.

If thoughts arise,

Gently return to the breath.

Inhale,

Exhale.

Let each breath be an anchor keeping you steady.

You are here in this moment.

You are held.

You are safe.

You are breathing.

When you're ready,

Slowly bring your awareness back to the room.

Have a gentle day.
