This simple guided practice supports mind-body integration, attention regulation, and nervous system balance, making it ideal when you feel scattered, overstimulated, distracted, or mentally fatigued. By coordinating breath with cross-lateral movement awareness, you activate both hemispheres of the brain, helping to improve clarity, presence, and grounded awareness while gently restoring calm. This practice can be used as a quick reset during work, study breaks, or anytime you need to return to center and restore focus.
